The Effect Of Chi Feng Ying Yuan Acupuncture Therapy On IL-1?,TNF-? Of Synovil Fluid Of Gouty Arthritis Rabbit Model

Purpose:Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture,using acute gouty arthritis rabbit model as the research object,and then using Chi Feng Ying Yuan acupuncture method to treat them.Preliminarily reveal the therapeutic effect and mechanism of “Chi Feng Ying Yuan” acupuncture treatment,providing a clear basis for the inheritance of classical acupuncture and clinical treatment.Method:32 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,the normal control group,the acute gouty arthritis model group,the colchicine group,acupuncture group.According to the classic method of McCarty D.J,modeling gouty arthritis model.Every model had articular injection with 25mg/ml sodium urate(MSU)solution and 0.1ml(10u/ml)polymyxin B.Compared the therapeutic effect of medicine and acupuncture.Before modeling,the first day after modeling,the fourth and seventh day after treatment the knee circumferences of each group of experimental rabbits were measured and recorded.Seven days later got synovial tissues of gouty arthritis rabbits model,which were analyzed by using double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method to determine the content of TNF-? and IL-1?.Result:(1)The results of knee circumference measurement:(1)before modeling,knee size of rabbits between groups had no difference,P> 0.05;(2)the first day after modeling,model group,western medicine group,acupuncture group compared with the control group,the knee size of rabbits had significant difference,P?0.05;(3)the fourth day after treatment,western medicine group,acupuncture group compared with model group,P ? 0.05,the statistical results were different;(4)the seventh day after treatment,western medicine group,acupuncture group compared with model group,P ? 0.05,the knee size of rabbits had significant difference.(2)The statistical results of the content of TNF-? and IL-1?in synovial fluids of each rabbit:the model group compared with the control group,P ? 0.05,there were significant differences;the western medicine group,acupuncture group compared with model group,P?0.05,the statistical results were different;the western medicine group compared with theacupuncture group,P>0.05,there was no differences between the two groups.Conclusion:(1)Chi Feng Ying Yuan acupuncture therapy has a good curative effect on gouty arthritis of rabbits and has the anti-inflammation effect.(2)TNF-? and IL-1? have high expression in synovial tissue homogenate of gouty arthritis rabbit model,which plays a key role in the pathogenesis of acute gouty arthritis.(3)Chi Feng Ying Yuan acupuncture therapy can significantly reduce the content of TNF-? and IL-1? of experimental rabbits with acute gouty arthritis.The treatment of acute gouty arthritis may be achieved by inhibition of inflammatory cytokines.
