Purpose: Through the clinical curative effect of clinical observation of Yiyang granule in the treatment of liver-stomach heat retention type of peptic ulcer,in order To prove his own can obviously improve the patient's clinical symptoms and is safe and effective Method: 72 patients meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each.The treatment group use Yiyang granule(provided by the particles of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine),1 pay warm water a blunt 300 ml,150 ml of 2 times a day.The control group use Kuidekang granule(approval number:the coutry medicine accurate Z10970079,manufacturer: Dalian Fanmei pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.),10 g each time,2 times s day.28 days as a Thera.By the observation of 72 cases,the statistical analysis of TCM symptom assessment standards and gastroscope as evaluation index to assess.Result:1 Actual into the group of case is 72 in this study,shedding and elimination of the cases are in 0 case.And two groups of patients with good compliance.2 Curative effect analysis Treatment for 28 days,symptoms after treatment,to improve the symptoms of like cold drinks,noisy,constipation,after statistics processing,P > 0.05,no statistically significant.In improving swallowing acid,depressed,or irritable symptoms,the treatment group is better than that of control group,after statistics processing,P < 0.05,there are statistically significant.In the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect comparison,the treatment group of TCM symptoms curative effect due to the control group,after statistics processing,P < 0.05,there are tatistically significant.In the two groups after treatment gastroscope curative effect comparison,after statistics processing,P > 0.05,no statistically significant.3 Two groups of patients has not been occurred adverse events while taking thedrugs.Conclusion: Yiyang granule can effectively treat peptic ulcer(liver-stomach heat retention type),it's clinical curative effect is better than that Kuidekang granule.Two groups of medications can effectively improve the syndromes.The above results indicate that the Yiyang granule can significantly improve the diagnosis mouth pain,dry mouth,bitter,the diagnosis of heat,the symptom such as swallowing acid,depressed,or irritable,worthy of further clinical research.
