Objectives: Observing the clinical efficacy of Chai Yu Tiao Wei decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer with liver-stomach dissonance,It provides a new and effective prescription for the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer liver-stomach dissonance.Method:Selecting 64 patients with peptic ulcer and liver-stomach dissonance,Randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 32 cases.In the course of the study,2 patients who did not meet the requirements in the treatment group were excluded because the relevant patients did not take the drugs as prescribed,and 2 patients were excluded from the control group;The final 60 cases were 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group received symptomatic supportive treatment for Western medicine.The experimental group added Chai Yu Tiao Wei decoction on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the changes of TCM syndromes and electronic gastroscopes in the two groups were observed,and the safety of patients during the treatment was evaluated.Result:(1)Comparison of TCM syndromes: The total scores of TCM symptoms after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment.It is indicated that both groups can improve the symptoms of stomach cramps or pain,fullness,discomfort,irritability,emotional sorrow,sighs,etc.The experimental group can improve the symptoms of stomach cramps or fullness,emotional dissatisfaction and sigh.Better than the control group(p<0.05),There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the two fullness,upset,and suffocation(p>0.05);The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 100%,and that in the control group was 83.33%.The experimental group was superior to the symptomatic support treatment group in improving TCM syndromes(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of endoscopy results: the total effective rate of ulcer in the experimental group was 93.3%,and that in the control group was 90%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).
