Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer Of Liver And Stomach Gloomy Heat Type With Jiaweiwubeisan

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect and mechanism of the Jiaweiwubeisan on peptic ulcer of liver and stomach gloomy het type by systematic clinical observation.Methods: Sixty cases of patients were divived randomly into the control group and the treatment group. The fomer was treated with Jianweiyuyang pill, and the latter with Jiaweiwubeisan.A comparative on observation clinical cruative effect between the control group and the treatment group was conducted by examining the chinese medicine syndromes and symptoms, gastroscopic effect and abdominal pain remission time.Results: ①Jiaweiwubeisan more effectively and rapidly relieved abdominal pain than the control group(p<0.01).②Jiaweiwubeisan evidently ameliorated abdominal pain than the control group (p<0.05), especially in ameliorating stomach fullness,and inertia(p<0.01)。③Jiaweiwubeisan raised ulcer healing rate and imprived ulcer healing qualities compared with the control group(p<0.01).④Jiaweiwubeisan was advantageous over to the control group on radicating HP(p<0.05)。Conclusion: Jiaweiwubeisan can effectively relieve abdominal pain, and raise ulcer healing rate.
