Research Of Status For Medication Compliance With Parkinson's Disease Patients And Its Influence Factors

Objective: Parkinson's disease is a chronic progressive disease,which is common in the elderly.Its incidence rate rises year by year.With the appearance of motor symptom,non-motor symptom and complication,Parkinson's patients' daily life ability gradually decline,which can seriously affect the quality of life.There are many kinds of clinical treatment,but drug treatment is still the main treatment.Therefore,medication compliance not only affects the patients' treatment effect,but also decides the direction of the disease.This study aims to analysis present situation and its influence factors of Parkinson's patients' medication compliance,which can provide a scientific reference to improve patients' medication compliance,and then improve patients' quality of life.Method: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,this study used cluster sampling to select 130 cases of idiopathic Parkinson's patients in November 2014 to August 2015,who were in the neurology department of one first-class ternary hospital in dalian.The general data questionnaire,medication compliance assessment scale,H-Y rating scale,unified Parkinson's disease rating scale,simple mental state examination scale,Hamilton depression scale,Hamilton anxiety scale and social support scale were applicated to cross-sectional survey on the objects.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software to sort and entry the data,and using two independent sample t test,single factor analysis and multiple linear regression to statistical analysis.Result: 1.This study sent out 130 questionnaires.And there were 117 valid questionnaires.The valid returned rate was 90.00%.2.Using medication compliance assessment scale to investigate the Parkinson's patients' medication compliance averagel score was 9.96±2.60.Patients in the part medication compliance were in the majority,which accounted for 95.70%.Then the completely noncompliance patients accounted for 2.60% and the completely compliance patients accounted for 1.70%.3.The effects of personal monthly income,Parkinson's drug adverse reaction,mental state,anxiety disorders and social support to overall medication compliance had statistical significance(P<0.05).The effects of personal monthly income,Parkinson's drug adverse reaction,mental state and social support to quantitative medication compliance had statistical significance(P<0.05).The effects of personal monthly income,Parkinson's disease complication and anxiety disorder to timly medication compliance had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Parkinson's patients' medication compliance in general is better.The vast majority of Parkinson's disease patients are in the medication compliance state,which give priority to with medicine partial compliance.But only a few patients can strictly follow the doctor's advice to take medication.Quantitative medication compliance and timely medication compliance are two serious problems in the medication compliance.In addition,the main influencing factors to overall medication compliance are personal monthly income,Parkinson's drug adverse reaction,mental state,anxiety disorder and social support.The main influencing factors to quantitative medication compliance are personal monthly income,Parkinson's drug adverse reaction,mentall state and social support.The main influencing factors to timly medication compliance are personal monthly income,Parkinson complication and anxiety disorder.Due to these influencing factors,medical workers should strengthen the health education,develop targeted and individualized medication guideance,adjust drug regimen to reduce patient medication cost,establish good social support system,improve the supervision and administration of family system and community and give psychological counsel to reduce mood disorders in the clinical practice,in order to improve their medication compliance,slow the disease progression and improve the quality of life.
