ObjectivesThis study aims to through the investigation of TB patients medication compliance status of henan province, to analyze its influencing factors, explores the countermeasures to improve medication adherence, so as to improve the life quality of tuberculosis person to provide valuable reference basis. MethodsThis study is divided into two parts in totalThe first part for TB patients medication compliance status and influencing factors of the amount of sex research:Convenience sampling during October 2014 to February 2015 in henan province, respiratory infectious disease hospital within 6 months after hospitalization and discharge of TB patients eligible for in 220 cases(200 cases), using self-made questionnaire and Chinese revision MMAS- 8 scales, face to face interview, questionnaire investigation, using SPSS17.0 statistical description, single factor analysis and multiple factors logistic analysis.The second part for TB patients medication compliance status and influencing factors of qualitative research:Guided by the phenomenology method of qualitative research, the purpose of sampling method, based on principles of data reach saturation, extract the representative in the courtyard TB patients, 15 cases semi-structured individual in-depth interview to collect data, Giorgi phenomenological six step analysis method is adopted to improve the collection and analysis. Results1 the first part: the amount of sex research(1) to meet eligibility criteria during October 2014 to February 2015 in henan province, respiratory infectious disease hospital within 6 months after hospitalization and discharge of the questionnaire survey to 220 patients, 200 effective questionnaires were taken back, effective recovery rate was 90.91%.(2) tuberculosis person better overall medication adherence, among 200 cases of TB patients, medication adherence in 158 patients, middle or high(79.0%), 42 cases with poor medication compliance, accounting for 21.0%.(3) the population of TB patients in sociology, family economic condition, know situation of anti-tb drugs, and the patient’s quality of life and the relationship between the medication adherence analysis of single factor test, the results showed that the population sociology(age, gender, education level, occupation), family economic status, family medical expense accounts for the proportion of total household income, economic level, a debt-free, whether poor or low, whether reimbursement), know the situation of anti-tb drugs, the patient’s quality of life(relationships) has difference, was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4) logistic regression analysis results show that gender, age section, level of education, economic level, whether reimbursement, relationship satisfaction and drug adverse reaction is the main factors influencing the differences between TB medication adherence.2 in the second part: a qualitative studyAgainst in the court of TB patients medication compliance of the present situation and influencing factors of interviews, summed up the four themes:(1) lack of knowledge,(2) the treatment of complex;(3) economic burden;(4) family and social support is not enough,(5) expect.Conclusions and recommendations1 TB medication adherence to overall situation is good.2 TB patients gender, age, level of education, career, such as population characteristics of sociology, and the patient’s state of the economy, including the family medical expense accounts for the proportion of total household income, economic level, a debt-free, whether poor or low, whether to submit an expense account, about their relationship satisfaction, lack of knowledge and the treatment of multifarious, family and social support is not enough are associated with TB patients medication compliance, including gender, age section, level of education, economic level, whether reimbursement, relationship satisfaction and drug adverse reaction is the main factors influencing the differences between TB medication adherence. Aimed at the above factors, the paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1) to strengthen health education, to provide patients with systematic, comprehensive and specific guidelines;(2) to establish a good family and social support system;(3) for psychological guidance, improve the satisfaction of their relationships;(4) take comprehensive measures to reduce the economic pressure of patients;(5) improve the supervision and management system.
