The Effect Of Bushen Shugan Tongluo Decoction For The Treatment Of Late-Onset Hypogonadism In Clinical Research

Objective: clinical test and verify the effect of Bushen Shugan Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of delayed clinical efficacy of hypogonadism:determine Bushen Shugan Tongluo recipe improves late onset hypogonadism decreased the scores of the symptoms in the patients;whether elevated serum free testosterone:whether to raise the quality of life in elderly male patients.In order to explore a new method for the treatment of delayed sexual dysfunction.Methods: Using delayed gonadal function decline symptoms score and kidney deficiency syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and blood stasis symptoms screens every patient treatment.The screenings of patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group according to the visiting sequence.Before and after treatment,we use the elderly men symptoms questionnaire and symptom score to observe symptom score,the serum levels of total testosterone,sex hormone binding protein and calculated free testosterone in serum.According to the standard of curative effect evaluation,Clinical data were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment of clinical efficacy and group efficacy.Results: Traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group have a certain clinical curative effect on the late onset of gonadal function,there is no significant difference between the two groups(Z=-0.703,P>O.05).Before and after the treatment,the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group respectively with AMS symptom scores had a certain degree of improvement(Chinese medicine group t=-13.64,P<0.05;western medicine group t=-13.89,P<0.05),improved after treatment with Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group between AMS symptom score no significant statistical difference(F=0.559,t=-1.136,P>0.05).Before and after the treatment,the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group respectively in patients with symptoms of the TCM symptoms integral were to a certain extent improve(Chinese medicine group t=-12.72,P<0.05;western medicine group t=-12.93,P<0.05).After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group between the TCM symptoms integral symptom improvement of no significant difference(F=1.284,t=-0.629,P>0.05).The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group respective patients F-T values have a certain degree of elevated(Chinese medicine group t=10.66,P<0.05;western medicine group t=23.72,P<0.05),between the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group serum F-T value improvement of no significant difference(F=0.176,t=0.020,P>0.05).Conclusion: Bushen Shugan Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of delayed of hypogonadism has obvious curative effect in improving symptoms and elevated serum free testosterone value and androgen replacement therapy with delayed gonadal function decline disease curative effect quite.Treatment delayed gonadal function decline disease of common syndromes(kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation and blood stasis).traditional Chinese medicine has its theoretical basis and clinical curative effect,for the future of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of delayed gonadal function impairment and explore the treatment method of the new,and given to the prescription of Chinese medicine agent has the advantages of two-way regulating role,its role is the overall effect of the multi-channel,multi link and has high economic value,clinical performance to price ratio is high,can greatly reduce the medical cost of patients,medical reform in China proposed a effective measures,is worth the clinical promotion.Bushen Shugan Tongluo Decoction in clinical use,did not find damage to liver and kidney function,serum PSA increased side effects,also found no adverse reactions of priapism and dysuria,so Bushen Shugan Tongluo Decoction in clinical application has certain safety.
