Study On The Effect Of Bushen Shugan Acupuncture On Sexual Hormone In The Rats With POF

Purpose:Through observing the regulating effect on sex hormone of Bushen Shugan acupuncture in rat POF model, to research the mechanism of protecting ovary through the treatment of Bushen Shugan acupuncture.To provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of reproductive endocrine diseases with acupuncture.Method: 80 female SD rats are selected which are 10 weeks old with regular estrous cycle and SPF Grade.Rats were randomly divided into normal group(20 rats) and model group(60 rats). The normal group is done without any treatment, but with routine feeding. Model replication group is done with repeated immobilization stress method to establish premature ovarian failure model. The model rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: acupuncture group, Diethylstilbestrol group and model group. The blank control group and model control group are done with normal diet, drinking water, every day hold a. Diethylstilbestrol group giving Diethylstilbestrol 0.000018mg/kg every day for 30 consecutive days. Acupuncture group rats are acupunctured one time a day for 30 days. 24 h after the end of the experiment, using double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) determination of E2, FSH and LH in serum.Results:(1) detection of E2 content: compared with the blank control group, model control and decrease the content of E2 group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), decreased the acupuncture group, Diethylstilbestrol in E2 group, no significant difference(P>0.05). Compared with the model group, acupuncture group and Diethylstilbestrol group can increase the level of serum E2 of rats with premature ovarian failure, acupuncture compared group and Diethylstilbestrol group, no significant difference(P>0.05).(2) to detect FSH, LH content: compared with the blank control group, model control group increased, the acupuncture group, Diethylstilbestrol group FSH, the content of LH, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); compared with the model group, acupuncture group and Diethylstilbestrol group can decrease the serum FSH, LH content of rat ovary premature senility, the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 01); compared with the acupuncture group and Diethylstilbestrol control group, no significant difference(P>0. 05).Conclusion: Bushen Shugan acupuncture method can increase the serum Estradiol(E2) content, reduce the follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), Luteinizing hormone(LH) content, improve the reproductive endocrine environment in premature ovarian failure rats, and Diethylstilbestrol has similar effect.
