Objects:This study aims at investigating the emotion state and relevant factors of postpartum women in Laiwu, providing theoretical basis for psychological intervention in terms of the relevant factors.Methods:200 postpartum women were recruited from Laiwu Maternal and Child Health Hospital by the use of cluster sampling method. Self-compiled Postpartum Women General Situation and Relevant Factors Scale and Irritability, Depression and Anxiety scale(IDA) were filled in a week and 42 days after the delivery. Then made a telephone interview in 42 days after the delivery of some postpartum women, and some intervention methods were adopted for severe cases. Excel was employed for data logging and processing, then SPSS16.0 was employed for descriptive statistics, pared-samples T test and ANOVA.Results:200 questionnaires were handed out, all of these were handed back but 5 are abolished, so the effective rate reached 97.5%.Conclusion:In a week after the delivery, anxiety(5.42±2.6), introversion irritability(2.48±2.04) and extraversion irritability(2.57±1.83) are in a normal level, depression(5.26±2.11) states in the margin; then in 42 days after the delivery, introversion irritability(3.61±1.98) and extraversion irritability(3.16±1.99) turn bad signally but still in a normal level, nevertheless, anxiety(6.11±2.08) turns bad to the margin, depression(5.58±2.19) turns bad and still in the margin. By pared-samples T test, the scores of four kinds of emotion referred previously are significantly different in two time points, so the emotion measured in a week after the delivery of postpartum women are better than emotion measured in 42 days after the delivery. The emotion in a week and 42 days after the delivery are both influenced by puerpera's occupation, breast nursing, delivery mode, Housing area and environmental, prenatal health, delivery preparation, family dependence, relationship with mother-in-law, family support, and family support satisfaction. The emotion in a week after the delivery is influenced by delivery knowledge. The emotion in 42 days after the delivery is influenced by pregnancy history, abortion history and expectation to baby's gender of mother-in-law. Family economic status, puerpera and husband cultural degree, husband 's occupation, family register, child's health, child's sex, expectation to baby's gender of husband and relationship with mather's family have no signally influence to puerpera's emotion. The interview supports data results; furthermore, family support is the major factor. Case analysis verified the importance of family support and self-support.Conclusion: Postpartum women express some regional characteristics in Laiwu, the emotion measured in a week after the delivery of postpartum women are better than emotion measured in 42 days after the delivery, depression is the most serious emotion. Family support and self-support are the major factor, we should take frequent care of postpartum women's emotion, mobilize family resource and self-support together to nurse their physical and mental health.
