Objective:1.To investigate the level of postpartum fatigue, sleep quality and social support of women;2.To analyze the correlation between postpartum fatigue, sleep quality and social support;3.To explore the influencing factors of postpartum fatigue. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. From July 2020 to December 2020,the survey was conducted in the obstetric wards of Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University and Yan’an People’s Hospital. The women who delivered naturally within72 hours were selected as the respondents. The tools included the General Data Questionnaires,Postpartum Fatigue Scale(PFS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).SPSS 25.0 software was used to input, organize and analyze the data. The relative frequency and composition ratio are used to describe the distribution of general data.Since the normal test results showed that data were skewed distribution, median and quartile were used for statistical description,Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis H test were used to compare the PFS scores of different variables, and Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the three variables.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of postpartum fatigue.Results:1.In this study,396 questionnaires were sent out to women of natural deli very, and 384 were effective questionnaires, with effective recovery of 96.97%.2.The total points of PFS was 14(13,16),and the score of physical f atigue and mental fatigue were 10(8,12)and 4(4,4),respectively.Mild,moderate and severe fatigue accounted for 50.5%,45.9%and 3.6%.The variab les with statistically significant differences(P<0.05)were education level, times of labor, number of wards, total stage of labor and crying time.3.The total points of PSQI was 6.00(4.25,8.00),and 35.4%had sleep disorders. The scores of sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency,s leep disorder, sleep drugs and daytime dysfunction, were 1(1,2),2(1,3),0(0,0),0(0,1),1(1,2),0(0,0)and 2(1,3).4.The total points of SSRS was 39(35,42),and the score of subjectiv e support, objective support and utilization of support was 21(19,23),11(10,12)and 6(5,7).5.Spearman correlation analysis showed that postpartum fatigue was positi vely correlated with sleep quality(r_s=0.431,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with social support(r_s=-0.311,P<0.01).Sleep quality was negatively correlate d with social support(r_s=-0.287,P<0.01).6.The multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, num ber of births, sleep quality, social support level, ward number was 2,baby cryi ng duration of 30~60min,6 h≤total labor duration<9 h and 9 h≤total l abor duration<12 h together accounted for 31.8%of the total variation of po stpartum fatigue.Conclusions:1.Fatigue symptoms of pregnant women after natural labor and before dis charge are common, and the degree of fatigue is mainly mild to moderate.2.The respondents have relatively better sleep quality and are in the midd le and upper classes of social support.3.Fatigue and sleep quality were positively correlated with social support, but negatively correlated with social support;Sleep quality was negatively corre lated with social support.4.Educational level, number of deliveries, number of ward members, total labor, sleep quality, social support level and duration of crying infants are the influencing factors for the degree of postpartum fatigue in women with natura l delivery.
