Analyses Of The Impact Of Prenatal Predeposit Autotransfusion For Pregnancy Outcome

Objective:In order to puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to and improve prenatal PAT better guide clinical predeposit autotransfusion,this article analyse the impact of prenatal predeposit autotransfusion(PAT)for pregnancy outcome and summarize the deficiencies and problems in pregnant women prenatal PAT.Methods:Puerpera who regular prenatal in guilin medical college affiliated hospital maternity clinic between January 2014 and December 2014,a total of 404 cases were retrospectively studied,using SPSS 13.0 for statistical analysis.Measurement data are reported as the standard deviation(x±s),Compared the situation of prenatal and postnatal in research group and the control group and compared the research group of the blood related index between before blood collection and blood after 7 days by using two independent sample t-test,there were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).including the team(autotransfusion group)203 cases and control group(without autotransfusion group)201 cases,observation the changes of HB,HCT,PLT between autotransfusion group before 7 day after,and observe the reactions of pregnant women in the process of autologous blood collection and feedback;Recorded and compared two groups of maternal postpartum haemorrhage amount neonatal birth weight and 1 minutes and 5 minutes Apgar and the blood related index of HB,HCT,PLT,PT,APTT,D-dimer and FBG after 24 hours.Results:Compared the blood related index of HB,HCT,PLT between before blood collection and blood after 7 days in the autotransfusion group 203 cases,the blood related index of HB,HCT,PLT of the second group were slightly down,but still there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);there has no serious adverse reactions in the process of blood collection and doping;Compared the related index of birth weight,1 minutes and 5 minutes Apgar score,HB,PLT,HCT,PT,APTT,D-dimer and FBG,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of antenatal PAT to provide safe,economic and effective autologous maternal blood,which can effectively relieve the tense and avoid the side effects of allogeneic blood transfusion of blood and pregnancy outcome of maternal and neonatal adverse effects,prenatal PAT has a broad development space,can be widely applied in clinic.
