Objctive1. This paper aims to compare the different impact between the predepositautotransfusion and allogeneic transfusion to the recovery of the health in patients aftertotal hip arthroplasty. We investigated whether the storage of autologous blood transfusionin orthopedic hip arthroplasty could effectively help patients to reduce the amount ofhidden blood loss, so that patients could survive the perioperative period.2. Autologous blood transfusion can improve the state of anemia caused by bleedingduring surgery in time and reduce the risk of virus infection and the occurrence of adversetransfusion reactions caused by allogeneic blood transfusion. It is suitable for a wide rangeof spread in primary hospitals.Methods1. Selected 60 cases of unilateral total hip arthroplasty undergoing orthopedic surgeryrandomly from September 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital. We took clinicalgrouping method, each group had 30 patients.Patients of group A were in good physicalcondition before surgery, and were suitable for preoperative autologous blood and usedblood from themself only; patients of group B didn’t get autologous blood storage, andperformed allogeneic transfusion during surgical procedures.2. We took peripheral venous blood of the two groups of patients before surgery, 24 hours later and 72 hours later to conduct blood testing, coagulation testing, and observedthe changes of red blood cell, hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelet(PLT) values atdifferent times, and recorded of blood loss, and the amount of autologous blood transfusionand allogeneic blood transfusion during suegery and so on in detail.3. Fully considered the factors of age, sex, postoperative complications etc. to therecovery after surgery, and conducted analytical studies of recovery condition afterautologous blood transfusion or allogeneic blood transfusion in hip arthroplasty.4. SPSS19.0 was used in statistical data analysis and descriptively analysed theexperiment results, investigated the impact of predeposit autotransfusion and allogeneictransfusion to the recovery of organism after total hip arthroplasty among groups.Results1. The blood RBC, Hb and Hct values had substantially decreased and the WBCvalues ??rised 24 hours later after surgery compared with before, otherwise the bloodRBC,Hb and Hct values increased by different degrees 72 hours later, and the WBC values??continued to rise but the value was still in control. The difference statisticallyanalysed by T test was statistically significant between 24 hours later after surgery andbefore,as well as the diffrence between 72 hours and 24 hours later after surgery(P<0.05).2. PT,APTT, FIB and TT time had been extended decreased 24 hours and 72 hourslater after surgery compared with before, but both the differences were not statisticallysignificant(P>0.05).But PLT was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion1. Autologous blood transfusion is a safe and effective treatment, and it can improvethe state of anemia caused by bleeding during surgery in time. All the patients in theexperiment had no serious complications occurred after reinfusion.2. Reinfusion of autologous blood has little influence on coagulation sothat it can re-place allogeneic blood transfusion to reduce the risk of virus infection and the occurrenceof adverse transfusion reactions caused by allogeneic blood transfusion, and it can also easethe current tension of blood resourse and reduce patient’s economic burden appropriately.3. Both autologous blood transfusion and allogeneic blood transfusion could beapplied to hip replacement surgery, but the technique of autologous blood transfusion ismore rational, economical, effective and safer, and is suitable for a wide range of spread inprimary hospitals.
