Expired drugs come from family storing up medicines and some medical enterprises of grass roots.At present,more and more Chinese families choose to store some commonly used medicines in their house in case of emergencies.However,people usually ignore the cleaning of their increasing medicine-chests,which lead to the growth of medical malpractice.Our country has a big population,as well as a big amount of expired drugs.Most people don't know how to deal with the expired drugs correctly,treat them casually just like the way they treat used batteries.Unfortunately,it will do harm to the soil,water and even people's health.Some threatening expired drugs will come back to drug stores regardless of the fact that recovery process exists much more non-standard.In this case,the paper focuses on the difficulties of recycling.Based on other patterns and webs of logistics products,it stressed the importance of recycling expired drugs.Meanwhile,we introduced a pattern to have our government as the leader,FDA as the overseer and the enterprises as the mainstay,to do recycling expired drugs work.Start with the state of expired drugs recovery and the theory of reverse logistics and logistics network,the paper proposed the connotation,classification and characteristics of logistics to us from the theoretical perspective.Secondly,I looked at the elements of the net of expired drugs recovery.On the basis of reverse logistics,we can see a self-operated system of expired drugs recovery which has the enterprises as the mainstay.Besides,and the high recovery cost is the most troublesome issue.In this paper,we are able to get the point of how to establish a network model with the minimum of total cost as a goal.Right here,two phases are required.In the first phase,we should locate the location of the recycling center and sites it serves according to clustering algorithm.In the second phase,we are preferred to arrange the entire transport route based on Tabu search algorithm.Finally,I would like to set a pharmaceutical enterprise from Shandong province as an example.Grounded on the network logistics model of expired drugs recovery,it calibrated the accelerometer static model parameters and solved the model using actual data for optimal results.Its success really proved the reasonability and scientific nature of the model.
