Study On The Analysis And Design Of Home Expired Drugs Reverse Logistics Information Platform

With the improvement of people’s standards of living and the increasing degree of population aging in China, more and more people put stress on their health. With drugs being the essential household goods, the reserves of home expired drugs are becoming more and more, which has attracted more attention. If we don’t care the home expired drugs, problems will arise, like the soil destruction, the environmental pollution and the safe medication so on. With the development of reverse logistics, the home expired drugs should be recycled and recalled orderly, standardly and timely, which can reduce environmental pollution and ensure drug use safety. At present, china hasn’t been reported on legislative provisions and other measures adopted to recycle home expired drugs and the legislation of the disposition of home expired drugs is still a blank. In many large and medium cities, the recovery of expired drugs are mostly the public welfare activities by involving business and the government can tend to play the propaganda and the guidance role, which can’t form an effective coordination mechanism and be limited for a certain duration.Due to lacking of effective technical means, the recovery of expired drugs in the traditional way is unable to meet many-faceted needs, which can’t meet the needs of the consumers. Therefore, based on integrating the recovery of expired drugs and modern technology, this paper mainly describes how to construct an effective home expired drugs reverse logistics information platform. Compared with the waste electronic products recovery information system, the construction of home expired drugs reverse logistics information platform is still in the primary stage. Therefore, it’s particularly important to establish the home expired drugs reverse logistics information platform, which is more maturely and could cover the whole process.According to the theory of reverse logistics, referring to the successful experience of other systems, combined with the actual home expired drugs investigation in Beijing, this paper analyzes the current recycling situation and existing problems of the home expired drugs in detail. At first, this paper collects requirements from users and analyzes the characteristics of the home expired drugs reverse logistics. Then, according to the above-mentioned demand and characteristics, this paper analyzes the business processes and function requirements. The system’s total architecture of home expired drugs reverse logistics information platform and the detailed architecture design of the lower unit are discussed in details and description. Finally, based on MVC’s (Model View Controller) design pattern, by adopting general B/S, this paper choose Zend Studio 10.6.1 as a development platform, and implement partially functional of the home expired drugs reverse logistics information platform with the programming languages PHP and MySQL database.
