Pinellia Atractylodes Antihypertensive Decoction Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension

Objective: Primary hypertension is a serious threat to human life and health of the cardiovascular syndrome. Although at present there are many studies of hypertension antihypertensive drugs,but there is not any drug which can effect a radical cure and less side effects of drugs so far. In the meanwhile, there have done also a lot of work on the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension and traditional Chinese medicine treatment which Confirmed drugs, step-down good curative effect. What's more, the situation of hypertension prevention and control is still not optimistic.Therefore, strengthening traditional Chinese medicine related to prevention and treatment of clinical research of hypertension is of great significance to promote TCM prevention and cure of hypertension. In this research, we apply pinellia atractylodes antihypertensive decoction to the clinic treatment of phlegm and blood stasis and knot, liver and kidney deficiency type of primary hypertension patients, clinical commonly used antihypertensive drugs sinistral amlodipine maleate tablets as a comparison, which is mainly through observing the difference of the two groups in regulating blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose, homocysteine,c-reactive protein and Plasma endothelin-1level, and then discusses the clinical effectiveness and safety of pinellia atractylodes antihypertension decoction in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis and knot, liver and kidney deficiency type of primary hypertension.Method: 60 Patients included in the standard were randomly divided into two groups. The general situation of the two groups has no statistical significance. Control group: the treatment group, which were given Amlodipine amlodipine tablets(Nolato Group the Italian Pharmaceutical.,Ltd,the Chinese medicine H20030690 approved by the State),2.5mg taken,once daily orally. treatment group:given pinellia atractylodes antihypertensivedecoction,a dose daily, divided two times at morning and night decocted orally respectively.Withdrawal of drugs for blood pressure during the 4 weeks of treatment, we monitor their blood pressure?hyperlipidemia?blood glucose?homocysteine?C-reactive protein?Plasma endothelin-1 level?the clinical symptom and symptom synthesis grading in the two groups before and after treatment,to evaluate pinellia atractylodes antihypertensive decoction's clinical efficiency of treatment for primary hypertension patients with blood stasis and knot, and liver and kidney deficiency.Result:1 Improvement in dynamic blood pressure: Comparing the two groups after treatment, we find that improvement in blood pressure in the treatment group were obviously better than the control group and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).After the same treatment period, both the treatment group and the control group has significant difference(P < 0.05) in systolic and diastolic blood pressure.2 Compare the improvement of blood lipids of two groups after treatment,both group have obviously reduce on cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein((P <0.05).The most obvious change happened in cholesterol(P <0.01). Compared with before treatment, the control group has a certain change after treatment, but no significant difference on statistics.3 In the respect of the improvement of blood sugar of two groups after treatment, we can find the treatment group is superior than the control group((P <0.05).4 In the respect of the improvement of homocysteine of two groups after treatment, we can find the treatment group is better than the control group(P <0.05).5 In the respect of the improvement of C-reactive protein of two groups after treatment,we can find the treatment group is better than control group((P <0.05).6 In the respect of the improvement of Plasma endothelin-1 level of two groups after treatment, we can find the treatment group is better than thecontrol group(P <0.05).7 In the aspect of TCM clinical symptoms improved, the total effective rate of the treatment group is obviously higher than that of the control group(P <0.05)Conclusion:1 Pinellia atractylodes antihypertensive decoction has significant curative effect in the treatment to the primary hypertension patients of the stasis and knot type and the liver and kidney deficiency type.2 Combining with pinellia atractylodes antihypertensive decoction,antihypertensive drugs in treatment group has significant blood pressure reduction than control group, and can achieve the goal of stable and lasting step-down reduction of blood pressure.3 Pinellia atractylodes antihypertensive decoction can well improve the metabolism of plasma homocysteine,reduce the c-reactive protein levels and Plasma endothelin-1 level in order to Improve endothelial function and achieve antihypertensive effect,at the same time,reduce the patients blood sugar and lipid metabolism to Anti-atherosclerosis.
