The Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Jisheng Antihypertensive Decoction To The Essential Hypertension With Yin Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Type

Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide a reference of clinical dialectical application of jisheng antihypertensive decoction,which by exploring its mechanism through the observation of clinical effect of jisheng antihypertensive decoction with yin deficiency and phlegm stasis type.Methods: The patients were randomly divided to treatment group and control group according to the random number table,by the sequence of their clinic recording.The control group was given the basic treatment:levoamlodipine maleate.The treatment group was given both the basic treatment and jisheng antihypertensive decoction.The clinical factors of the patients include TCM symptoms score,blood pressure,ABPM,BPV,blood lipid,HCY,IMT,liver and kidney function were measured before and after the treatment.Observation continued 4 weeks.Results:1.General state of health: The patients had no significant differences in clinical factors such as age,sex,stage of hypertension and the risk of hypertension stratification.2.The profit to TCM symptoms: After the treatment,the treatment group had more profit in TCM symptoms compared to the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group also had evidently higher TCM symptoms score increase compared to the control group(P<0.05),both groups had evidently better TCM symptoms scores compared to their original states(P<0.05).3.The effect to BPV and antihypertensive effect: After the treatment,the treatment group had more profit in clinical official blood pressure,ABPM and the variation of all-day systolic pressure compared to the control group(P<0.05),both groups had significant differences in the factors of bloodpressure,ABPM,the variation of all-day systolic pressure compared to their original states(P<0.05),both groups had no differences in the factor of the variation of all-day diastolic pressure compared to their original states(P>0.05).4.The effects to blood lipid,HCY,IMT: After the treatment,the treatment group had evidently decrease in clinical factors blood lipid and HCY compared to the control group(P<0.05),both groups had significant differences in the factors of blood lipid and HCY compared to their original states(P<0.05),both groups had no differences in the factor of IMT compared to their original states(P>0.05).5.Safety indexs: Liver and kidney function had no significant change during the treatment in both groups.No obvious complications were observed during and after the treatment.Conclusion: Jisheng antihypertensive decoction can obviously profit patients with essential hypertension.Its mechanism may related to the function of decreasing the BPV,blood lipid and HCY.
