| Treatment of apoplectic hemiplegiaby acupuncture and moxibustion that many methods in clinical practice,speed and effects of different methods of acupuncture effect sizes varied,functional recovery of the speed and the size of the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the patients recovery is important for health.Staging treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia by acupuncture is widely used in clinical treatment,however,after stages how to use different methods or combination of acupuncture and massage,is the key to treatment.According to acupuncture theory and Signe Brunnstrom's body recovery of motor function after stroke hemiplegia special pathological processes of six stages,of hemiplegia due to apoplexy was divided into four phases,flexible by acupuncture and bloodletting,acupuncture and massage,as well as fire-needle therapy for treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia at different stages.Objective:Observation on the premise of staging,integrated use of acupuncture and bloodletting,acupuncture and massage as well as fire-needle therapy on hemiplegic stroke patients at different stages of treatment.Methods:80cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups,treatment of40 cases,40 cases of traditional acupuncture group.According to the different stages in the treatment group,with different acupuncture and point selection,integrated use of acupuncture needle,fire-needle and method of pricking for treatment,10 times for a course of treatment,an interval of 7days,treated continuously for 6 courses. (1)first period(flaccid paralysis of stroke): used to "woke up brain resuscitati on method" combined Zhang's "hand three needle"(points: ????????(odd points,for hegu points and three between points line midpoint)and Zhang's "foot three needle"(points:?????????)mainly,acupuncture joint at points supplement for treatment;(2)second phase(stroke spasticity): the "Jin three-needle"(brain three needles,three needles temporal tongue three needles,three needles hand,foot three-pin)and Zhang's "hand,foot three-pin" which,combined with fire needle prick points,muscles,joints and cramps at the point a is the point,after the needle cupping;(3)third(stroke recovery): Zhang Xianchen teacher to "hand three-pin" "foot three-pin" in moving needle therapy,acupuncture and massage combined with muscle spasms release,Shi Xuan,Qi end bled to bring the blood supply;(4)fourth period(stroke sequelae period): to "well points big received by" acupuncture therapy for Guide(yin card from Yin introduction Yang,that from hand Lunar lung by Shaoshang points began,to foot then Yin liver by big Nathan points end;Yang card from Yang introduction yin,that from foot Sun bladder by to Yin points began,to hand Yang intestinal by end),bloodletting and acupuncture simultaneously,auxiliary to General acupuncture treatment.Do not stroke patients in the control group stage,are made of "xingnao kaiqiao" combination "Jin three-needle"(brain three pin,three pins,tongue three stitches and three pin,three pins)for treatment.10 times for a course of treatment,an interval of 7 days,treated continuously for 6 coursesResults:Stroke hemiplegia improving situation,the traditional acupuncture group and treatment group were able to achieve remarkable progress,there were significant differences before and after treatment.From traditional acupuncture treatment to improve the function of hemiplegia by comparison,on motor function of stroke patients with FMA grading,clinical neurologic impairment score treatment group were better than the traditional acupuncture group,compared with significant differences.Conclusion(s):Treatment method and traditional acupuncture can effectively improve the stroke patient's motor function and activity of daily living,but treatment method than traditional acupuncture by stages... |
