The Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Zhuang Medicated Threads Moxibustion Itis By The Tcm Theory Of "Adjusting And Reinforcing Liver And Kidney" Treatment On Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicated Threads moxibustion itis by the TCM theory of "adjusting and reinforcing liver and kidney" in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and to provide a new treatment method and treatment direction for the treatment of KOA by acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods: A total of 64 patients with knee osteoarthritis who according to the including criteria at the Affiliated Rui Kang Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.They randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Zhuang Medicated Threads Moxibustion at selected points from "adjusting and reinforcing liver and kidney" once a day,five times a week.The control group took the celecoxib capsules once a day,0.2 g each time.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.Two groups of patients before and after treatment and a month later of the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis(WOMAC)index and the visual analog scale(VAS)score as indicators of observation,the establishment of a database.The conclusion is drawn from the analysis of statistical software.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapy about acupuncture combined with Zhuang Medicated Threads Moxibustion the point of view of TCM Theory "adjusting and reinforcing liver and kidney".Results: The study included 64 patients,the final effective cases were 61 cases,3cases shedding,including one cases of treatment group off,the control group shedding two cases.The final statistical results prompt:(1)There two groups in terms of pain,stiffness and difficulty in daily activities,Post-inspection analysis:(1)Before treatment,there was no statistical significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),and the two groups were comparable;(2)After treatment,there were significant differences in intra-group comparisons(P< 0.05),no significant differences in pain scores between groups(P> 0.05),and significant differences in stiffness and daily activities(P< 0.05).(3)Randomized sampling one month after the end of the treatment,and comparison with post-treatment: There was no significant difference in group(P> 0.05),and there was significant difference in the control group(P< 0.05),and there were significant differences between groups(P< 0.05).In conclusion,research shows that both treatment group and control group can improve the pain,stiffness and difficulty in daily activities of knee joint,there was no difference between the two groups in pain relief and convenience,in terms of stiffness and difficulty in daily activities,the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the efficacy of the treatment group continued at random after one month.(2)Contrast the overall efficacy of there two groups: In the treatment group,5 cases were cured,19 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.The overall effective rate was 93.55%;In the control group,2cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 7cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 76.66%.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed after examination,and there was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).The study shows that the effect of acupuncture combined with Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Moxibustion of Zhuang Medicated Thread is better than that oforal western medicine alone from the angle of "regulating liver and kidney".(3)There were no adverse reactions in the course of treatment in both groups.Conclusion:(1)Both have curative efficiency in relieve the symptoms of pain,stiffness,difficulty in daily activities,which used acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicated threads moxibustion itis by the TCM theory of "adjusting and reinforcing liver and kidney" and celecoxib treatment on Knee Osteoarthritis.It had same analgesic effectiveness of the treatment group and the control group,but it was better than that of the control group in improving stiffness and difficulty in daily activities.(2)The curative effect of the treatment group was stable one month after the end of the treatment,which was better than that of the control group.(3)Treatment of knee osteoarthritis from the point of view of "regulating liver and kidney" that acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicated threads moxibustion has obvious and stable effect,safety and less side effect,deserving the clinical expansion application.
