Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of TST (Tissue-selecting Therapystapler, selective hemorrhoidal mucosa anastomosis) plus Shaobei injection VS PPH (procedure for prolapsed and hemorrlnoids, prolapse and hemorrhoids mucosal circumcision surgery) and standard TST surgery for the severe hemorrhoids. Methods:130cases of severe hemorrhoids subjects were randomly divided into intervention group and control group1and control group2(intervention group,54patients with TST plus Shaobei injection;38cases of control group1, TST surgery;38cases of control group2, PPH surgery). Follow-up of these patients, observed and recorded postoperative complications and therapeutic effect (15days), short-term efficacy (within six months) and long-term efficacy (more than six months). Evaluated the the therapeutic effect of the different treatments. Results:Compared with TST surgery and PPH surgery, TST (plus Shaobei injection) does not have the obvious advantages for the postoperative urinary retention and defecation pain, the difference was not statistically significance (P>0.05); TST surgery has a significant advantage in anastomotic bleeding incidence and long-term efficacy indicators (the incidence of anastomotic bleeding and the long-term anastomotic stricture rate both were0) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with TST surgery and PPH surgery, TST (plus Shaobei injection) was a more safe and effective treatment for the severe hemorrhoids. TST (plus Shaobei injection) can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve long-term treatment. It is a more scientific and effective surgical procedure.
