The Curative Effect Of JiaWeiSanRen Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Heart Failure

Objective:To estimate the curative effect of Jia Wei San Ren Decoction in treating coronary heart disease with heart failure and explore the mechanism of Jia Wei San Ren Decoction in treating coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods: Patients with chronic heart failure due to coronary heart disease from The First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into Jia Wei San Ren Decoction treatment group(30 cases) and conventional western medicine control group(30 cases) with atreatment course of 4 weeks for both groups.Record the changes of Trational Chinese medical(TCM)symptom scoring,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD), amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP) and 6minute walking test(6MWT) which as therapeutic effect index. Test blood, urine,stool routine, liver fimction,renal function, electrolyte, etc,as safety indicators.Results:1.The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 86.67% and 63.33% respectively, there was a significant difference between the two groups.2.Compared with the integration of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome before treatment, it reduced prominently after treatment in each group. There was a remarkable difference between the two groups after treatment.3.The total effective rates for traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in treatment group and control group were 90.00% and 70.00% respectively, there was a significant difference between the two groups.4.Compared with the LVEF before treatment, it increased prominently after treatment in each group. There was a conspicuous difference between the two groups5.after treatment.6.Compared with the plasma NT-pro BNP level before treatment, it reduced obviously after treatment in each group. There was a prominent difference between the two groups after treatment.7.Compared with the 6MWT before treatment, it improved prominently after treatment in each group. There was an apparent difference between the two groups after treatment.7.There was no severe adverse reaction in the period of observation.Conclusions:1.Jia Wei San Ren Decoction can improve the patients1 heart function.2.Jia Wei San Ren Decoction can improve the patients1 symptoms and signs.3.Jia Wei San Ren Decoction can raise patients' LVEF through which strengthen cardiac contractive function.4.Jia Wei San Ren Decoction can reduce patients' plasma NT-pro BNP.volume and pressure load to improve symptoms and signs.5.Jia Wei San Ren Decoction can raise patients' 6MWT.6.Jia Wei San Ren Decoction is safe in the treatment of heart failure.
