Clinical Observation About The Effect Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Resistance Type Post-stroke Depression Patient Base On Shuxuetongmai Decotion Combined With Acupuncture By The Theory Of Constitution Based On Five Elements

Objective To observed the clinical effect of PSD patients after treated with Shuxuetongmai Decotion combined with acupuncture by the theory of constitution based on five elements.Methods On the base of standard 60 cases patients were randomly average divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both of group were treated with basic treatment.The control group given Paroxetine.The treatment group was treated with Shuxuetongmai Decotion combined with acupuncture by the theory of constitution based on five elements.Acupuncture.All patients in the treatment group were take Shuxuetongmai Decotion every day,and receive acupuncture 5 days a week and 1 times per day for 6 weeks.HAMD scale,quality of life rating scale,and ADL scale were made by all patients before intervention and after 6 mouths intervention.Results(1)Compare with HAMD grades of two groups,there is statistical significance brfoe and after intervention(P<0.05).In the treatment group,3cases weren cuted,markedly effective in 11 cases,effective in 10 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 82.76%.In the control group,1 case was cuted,6 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 64.29%,the cure rate of treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was obvious(P<0.05).(2)Compare with ADL grades of two groups,there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treated the treatment group score higher than the control group,differences was obvious(P<0.05).(3)Compare with quality of life rating scale grades of two groups,there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Especially in the aspects of housework and psychological assessment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)These were normal of blood,urine,and feces three conventional,liver and kidney function,coagulation function and ECG.3 patients got abdominal disatension,nausea,constipation and other adverse reactions occur infrequently in 1 week.These effects disappeared 1 week after continuation of medication.These were no adverse reactions were found in other patients.Conclusion(1)Clinical studies of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Resistance Type Post-stroke Depression Patient Base on Shuxuetongmai Decotion combined with acupuncture by the theory of constitution based on five elements shows it can improve the quality of life and depression sever of PSD patient,alleviate the depression of PSD patients,improve the severity of depression.(2)The treatment base on Shuxuetongmai Decotion combined with acupuncture by the theory of constitution based on five elements was safe.
