Objective:This topic plans through the clinic research,the first step observes dloscorea Buyang Huanwu Decoction in treating cerebral infarction(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and explore it is therapeutic mechanism and offer the scientific for the further application.Methods:The method according to the randomized clinical trials.According to western medicine diagnosis standard and TCM diagnosis and Chinese medicine dialectical classification standard,the selection of the patients with cerebral infarction(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)from March 2015 to January 2016 Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of two district encephalopathy,60 patients were randomly divided into theatment group and control group;30 patients every groups.The two groups were treated with routine western medical treatment and rehabilitation treatment at the same time,the treatment group on the basis of the control group and Buyang Huanwu Decoction.Before and after theatment on two groups in NIHSS,ADL scores,Safety indicatiors and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine are scored,then process statistical analysis.Results:1?The treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%,the control group total effective rate was 73.33%,(P<0.05).Differences are statistically significant.2?The two groups before and after treatment,in the ADL score,neurological deficit score and the Chinese medicine syndrome score,after statistical processing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 ? After 12 weeks of treatment,compared the two groups,the treatment group in ADL score,neural function defect score,clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome efficacy improvement were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4?The whole course of the study,there were no adverse reactions and side effects of the two groups,have better security.Conclusion(s): The experiment proved that the Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of brain injury after Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome curative effect is distinct,safe and reliable.It can improve TCM symptoms,improve symptoms in patients with neurological deficit and improve the self-care ability of patients in daily life,so as to effectively improve the quality of life of patients,to provide a new approach for clinical treatment.
