Clinical Observation Of Buyanghuanwu Decoction Combine Metformin To Treat The Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of 2-Diabetes Mellitus

Objective: By observing the plus and minus of Buyanghuanwu decoction(BHD) combine metformin HCL to treat the Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of 2-diabetes mellitus, to explore mechanism of the decoction in the practice and the effect of merely using western medicine, providing the significative thought of the diabetes clinical treatment.Method: 1. 60 cases who belong to the Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of 2-diabetes mellitus corresponding to diagnosis standards and nclusive criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group 30cases(the plus and minus of BHD combine metformin HCL,PO),the control group30cases(metformin HCL 500mg/ tablet, PO), treatment for two monthes.2. Observe all the patients' symptoms, sighs; blood glucose(fasting and postprandial 2h), glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid level(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C), hemorrheology, fibrinogen level changes.Result: Through clinical observation for two months, the total efficiency of 86.7% in the treatment group, the control group, the total efficiency of 60%, the result was better than western medicine treatment group(P<0.05), there are significant differences. Pretherapy and post-treatment, the patients of treatment group indexes related to plasma glucose(fasting blood-glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin) descend range was higher than that in western medicine alone group(P<0.05), blood lipid and correlative indexes(triglyceride, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein), hemorrheology and fibrinogen are superior to western medicine alone group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the patients of treatment group clinical symptoms are improved obviously(efficient was 86.7%). Of patients during clinical observation of safety test results did not change significantly, also found no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:BHD combine metformin HCL to treat the Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of 2-diabetes mellitus is superior to western medicine alone to improve symptom which including improve the patients' listless, such as: malaise, fatigue, shortness of breath lazy words, chest pain, limb numbness, palpitations, insomnia, Clinical evaluation were carried out for the control group, better security.
