Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with high-frequency(10HZ)Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in treating Motor dysfunction after cerebral infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods:1 Clinical data:The 90 cases of this trial were all from the Department of Geriatrics of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and People's Hospital of Wuhan University from March 2017 to February 2018.90 cases that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into basic group and transcranial magnetic group.Group, comprehensive group of three groups, each group is 30 people.2 The methods of the treatment:Three groups of patients received medical treatment;Transcranial magnetic group on the basis of treatment,to the transcranial magnetic treatment, the frequency of 10 HZ,the treatment site for the affected side of the motor cortex M1 area, once a day, every 20 minutes; The comprehensive group was given oral decoction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of transcranial magnetic group,Chinese medicine is decocted from the pharmacy, one dose a day, made into 2 bags, divided into warm clothes 2 times in the morning and evening. The treatment course of the three groups was 10 days.3 Observation:Before and after treatment, the NIHSS score,ADL score, limb movement function(FMA)score, score of TCM syndrome score and Chinese medicine clinical efficacy were evaluated in three groups of patients, and the results were evaluated Statistical analysis.Resuits:1 Comparison of the degree of neurological deficit: At the end of the course of treatment, the basal group had a neurological deficit score of 10.31 ± 3.83,a neurological deficit score of 11.18 ± 3.55 in the transcranial magnetic group and a neurological deficit score of 8.28 ± 3.01 in the comprehensive group.Three groups before and after treatment, the paired sample t test,p <0.05,suggesting three groups Can promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction. The results of LSD statistical analysis showed that p(basic group-transcranial magnetic group)= 0.02,p(basic group-comprehensive group)= 0.001 and p(transcranial magnetic group-comprehensive group)0.05,indicating that the comprehensive group to improve the brain Neurological deficit in patients with death effect is better than the other two groups, transcranial magnetic group to improve neurological deficits in patients with cerebral infarction better than the basic group.2 Comparative analysis of daily living ability: After the end of treatment, the basic group daily living ability score 51.21 ± 9.41,transcranial magnetic group daily living ability score 53.39 ± 9.23,comprehensive group daily living ability score 62.07 ± 14.79.Three groups before and after treatment, the paired samples t test,p <0.05,suggesting Group can promote the recovery of daily living ability of patients with cerebral infarction. The results of LSD statistical analysis showed that p(basic group-transcranial magnetic group)= 0.04,p(basic group-comprehensive group)= 0.001 and p(transcranial magnetic group-comprehensive group)0.05,that synthesis Improve the score and promote the ability of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction recovery than the other two groups, transcranial magnetic group to promote the ability of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction better than the basic group.3 Limb motor function comparative analysis: At the end of the course of treatment, the basic motor function integral 82.72 ± 11.10,transcranial magnetic motor function integral 84.36 ± 8.89,the comprehensive group physical motor function integral 92.24 ± 5.61.Three groups before and after treatment, the paired samples t test,p <0.05,suggesting Group can promote limb motor function recovery in patients with cerebral infarction.According to LSD statistical analysis,p(basic group-transcranial magnetic group)= 0.047,p(basic group-comprehensive group)= 0.035,p(transcranial magnetic group-comprehensive group)= 0.04,P < 0.05,that synthesis Improve the score and promote the recovery of motor function of limbs in patients with cerebral infarction is superior to the other two groups, transcranial magnetic group to promote limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction recovery is better than the basic group.4 TCM syndrome score comparative analysis: After the end of treatment, the TCM syndrome score of basic group was 25.03 ± 4.81,the TCM syndrome score of transcranial magnetic group was 25.58 ± 4.17,and the TCM syndrome score of integrated group was 16.86 ± 3.14.Three groups before and after treatment, the paired samples t test,p <0.05,suggesting that all three groups can improve the brain Dead patients TCM clinical syndromes.According to LSD statistical analysis,p(basic group-transcranial magnetic group)= 0.06,p(basic group-comprehensive group)= 0.001,p(transcranial magnetic group-comprehensive group)= 0.037,P < 0.05,indicating that clinical syndromes in TCM syndromes in patients with cerebral infarction improved better than those in the other two groups. There was no significant difference in TCM syndromes between patients in benign cerebral infarction group and transcranial magnetic group.5 Clinical analysis of Chinese medicine: At the end of the course of treatment, the number of clinical patients in basic group was 1,markedly effective in 5,effective in 6,markedly effective rate was 20.69%,total effective rate was 41.38%,transcranial magnetic group clinical cure number was 2,markedly effective 4,effective for 6 people, markedly effective rate of 28.57%,the total effective rate of 42 The effective rate was 65.52%,the total effective rate was 93.10%.After rank sum test, there were significant differences between the three groups, and two For both comparisons,p(basal-transcranial magnetic)= 0.872,p(basal group Comprehensive group)= 0.00,p(Transcranial magnetic group-comprehensive group)= 0.00,indicating that the comprehensive group improved the curative effect of TCM syndromes of stroke disease more than the other two groups. Conclusion : Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with high-frequency(10HZ)Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively improve limb movement disorders in patients with cerebral infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),and the effect is better than the transcranial magnetic treatment group, transcranial magnetic treatment group was better than Basic treatment group.
