Therapeutic Effects Of Cervical Vertebral Small-angle Reduction Combination With Muscles Adhesion Relaxiton On Cervical Vertebra Disease Cause Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of cervical vertebral small-angle reduction manipulation combination with muscles adhesion relaxiton on cervical vertebra disease cause of periarthritis of Shoulder.Methods: Totally 60 patients with cervical vertebra disease cause of periarthritis of shoulder were randomized into group A(observed group)and group B(contrast group),with 30 in each.Group A were given cervical vertebral small-angle reduction manipulation combination with muscles adhesion relaxiton.Group B were given regular relaxation techniques and muscles adhesion relaxiton.Each treatment was continued for 20-30 min,once a day,10 days per course.The two groups were given traditional Chinese medicine hot compress after each treatment.Before and after two treatment courses,the two groups were compared in pain score,shoulder joint function core,and clinical efficacy.During the treatment,the patient must stop all the medicamentosus treatments and other extra therapies.The patients were advised to do the exercise and keep warming for their neck and shoulder.Results: Two kinds of treatment methods can reduce the symptoms of cervical vertebra disease cause of periarthritis of shoulder.Compare the score s of VAS,Eaten Test and Mallet in the two groups,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate is 96.67% in the observed group and 90.00% in the contrast group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): Both of the treatments had exact effects on easing the pain and improving the functional activities of the shoulders.But the effect of cervical vertebral small-angle reduction manipulation combination with muscles adhesion relaxiton was better.
