Observation On The Effect Of Bailing Capsules In Different Doses In The Treatment Of Renal Transplanted Recipients' Leukocytopenia

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of different doses of Bailing capsules in treatment of renal transplanted recipients' leukocytopenia.Methods:72 patients with histologically active leukocytopenia after renal transplantation were observed in 2015,on whom a basic immunosuppressant solution(tacrolimus+mycophenolate mofetil+hormone)with different doses of Bailing capsules was conducted.Three groups(24 patients each)were treated,one without and two with additional Bailing capsules.In control group,which was treated without Bailing capsules,protective isolation measures were applied;mycophenolae mofetil and other drugs inducing leukocytopenia were stopped;Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor(rhG-CSF)was injected to patients subcutaneously for 2 times according to patients' weight 3?5?g/(kg·d);batilol tablets were applied in regular basis of 50 mg Tid;the dosages of immune inhibitor Tacrolimus and hormone were not adjusted.The rest two groups shared above methods with the control group but additionally with Bailing capsules:one was treated with 3 g/day(n =24)and the other was treated with 6 g/day(n =24).The clinical and laboratory parameters were compared and reported in the following two weeks.Results:Treatments with Bailing capsules(6g/d,3g/d)were significantly more efficient in promoting the recovery of white blood cells,increasing hemoglobin,reducing microalbuminuria in urine and decreasing the incidence of infection(P<0.05).Especially,recovery of white blood cells was more significantly promoted in the group treated with bailing capsules of 6g/d than the control group treated with no Bailing capsules(P<0.01).Conclusions:By promoting the recovery of leukocytes,reducing kidney failure and infection after renal transplantation,Bailing capsules shows efficacy,which depends on its does,in treatment of leukocytopenia in renal transplanted patients.
