The Study Of RhG-CSF Combined Thymalfasin In The Treament Of Leukocytopenia Caused By Chemotherapy After Surgical Resection Of Malignant Tumors

Objective To evaluate efficacy of rhG-CSF combined Thymalfasin in the treament of leukocytopenia caused by malignant tumor chemotherapy after surgery.Methods Patients for the First Department of Second Clinical Hospital of Lanzhou University diagnosed malignant tumor chemotherapy after surgery were erolled in the study.all included in the study in the use of chemotherapy check leukocyte (white blood cell) total, to be used with chemotherapy 24h after drug. when the patients blood routine leukocytes appear leukocytopenia,the patients of leukocytopenia were enrolled in the study. Leukopenia patients less than 3.0×109/L is 64,whom divied into two groups, A and B.Leukopenia patients not less than 3.0×109/L is 32, whom divied into two groups, C and D. the cases accepted rhG-CSF 150ug/d group is A(group A,n=34), accepted rhG-CSF 150ug/d combined Thymalfasin 160mg/d group is B(group B,n=24), accepted Thymalfasin 160mg/d group is C(group C,n=28),no using rhG-CSF or Thymalfasin group, accepted ShenQiFuZheng Injection is D(group D,n=10).All drug delivery way for subcutaneous injection.Observed and compared the change of medication white blood cells,infection rate in during chemotherapy,length of stay in the hospital and hospitalization expenses.Results The average increase in white blood cell respectively before and after processing is 2.8948±2.6390(×109/L),6.6093×8.5347(×109/L),-5.6727±2.3281(×109 /L),-11.4000±2.0444(×109/L); The Pearson correlation analysis suggest A, B, C, D four groups were given before and after treatment measures leukocytosis value d and treatment at test level of 0.01 is significant correlation.The average infection rate respectively is 29.412%, 13.333%,18.182%,20.000%; Pearson correlation analysis demonstrates A, B, C, D four groups were given treatment measures when comparing infection rates during hospitalization and treatment measures at the level of significance level of 0.01 was significantly correlated. The average days of staying respectively is 7.985±2.2445d,6.833±1.3087d,8.545±2.6855d,8.950 ±2.7432d;The average cost respectively is 9412.3382±2726.01062RMB,8123.0573± 1920.68735RMB,9032.4264±2315.21621RMB,10278.9260±3027.39663RMB.Conclusion The study presents significant improvement in the leukocytepenia and reduce infection,length of stay and hospitalization costs by using rhG-CSF combined Thymalfasin group.
