Clinical Research Of Bailing Tablets And Vitiligo Capsules Respectively Combined With 308nm Excimer Light In The Treatment Of Vitiligo

Objective:Research Bailing tablets and Vitiligo capsules respectively combined with 308 nm monochromatic excimer light(MEL)in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:The120 adult patients who were defined as qizhixueyu type and accorded to the inclusion and the exclusion criteria were divided into three groups.The group A:which MEL is combined with the compound Kaliziran tincture;the group B: which MEL is combined with the compound Kaliziran tincture and the Vitiligo capsule;the group C : which MEL is combined with the compound Kaliziran tincture and the Bailing tablet.We used the compound Kaliziran tincture to the affected part of the patients with 3 times in one day for the group A.And the patients should knead it until the white spot turn to red.The MEL was applied two times one day with the initial dose of 150 m J/cm2,and the dose will be adjusted according to the situation of skin lesions. 3 courses which contens 15 days were needed.The patients in group B were given Vitiligo capsule in 3 capsules 2 times a day, while group C with Bailing tablet 4 tablets 3 times a day. At the same time, MEL and the compound Kaliziran tincture were both applied in group B and C, just like the group A. We judged and compared the curative effect in 30、60 and 90 days separately after treatment in the three groups. And we recorded the adverse reactions during the treatment.Results:1. Completed 97 cases, 23 cases of termination. The three groups of cases comp leted rates were 77.50%, 80.00%, 85.00%. Completion rate of the total cases was 80.83%.2.The effective rate of the group A in the treatment of the patients in the 30, 60,90 days is respectively:38.71%、54.84%、61.29%;and the Significant efficiency is respectively: 16.13%、38.71%、45.16%.3. The effective rate of the group B in the treatment of the patients in the 30, 60,90 days is respectively: 56.25%、75.00%、84.38%;and the Significant efficiency is respectively: 15.63%、34.38%、59.38%.4. The effective rate of the group C in the treatment of the patients in the 30, 60,90 days is respectively: 64.71%、76.47%、85.29%;and the significant efficiency is respectively: 29.41%、41.18%、58.82%.5. In the 30 days, the difference of the significant effective rate in the three groups was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). The difference of the effective rate between the group A and the group B and between the group B and the group C was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The difference of the effective rate between the group A and the group C was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).6. In the 60 days, the difference of the significant effective and effective rate in the three groups was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).7. In the 90 days, the difference of the significant effective rate in the three groups was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). The difference of the effective rate between the group B and the group C was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).But the difference of the effective rate between the group B and the group A and between the group C and the group A was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).8. The adverse reaction in the groups is different.There were 2 patients had mild pruritus,2 patients had burning sensation with no blister and 1 patient had burning sensation with blister in group A, while 2 patients had mild pruritus, 1 patients had burning sensation with no blister and no patient had burning sensation with blister in group B. And in the group C, there were 1 patients had mild pruritus, 1 patients had burning sensation with no blister no patient had burning sensation with blister.There was no serious adverse reactions which cause any patient to sign out the treatment after the positive treatment.The incidence of adverse reaction of the three groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Vitiligo capsule and Bailing tablet respectively combined with MEL and the compound Kaliziran tincture, MEL combined with the compound Kaliziran tincture, all have the obviousiy curative effect in treating the patients in the stable period of the qizhixueyu type of face and neck vitiligo.2. Vitiligo capsule and Bailing tablet respectively combined with MEL and the compound Kaliziran tincture is better than MEL combined with the compound Kaliziran tincture, less chance of adverse reactions.3. Bailing tablet combined with MEL and the compound Kaliziran tincture is faster onset of treatment.
