Bailing Capsule Prevention Of Recurrence Of Primary Renal Comprehensive Clinical And Experimental Research

In 1932, Christiom generalized a group of clinical symptoms caused by the glomerular damage including severe Proteinuria , Hypoproteinemia, hyperlipemia , and different degree edema to Primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS). Metacortadracin is generally accepted to be the first choice for PNS, but with it's limition and PNS's complex pathological mechenism , PNS's recurring is still one of the most thorny subject. We treat the PNS with the Cordyceps inensis ( Berk) Sass(CS) according to TCM theory and CS's pharmacological function while matching Metacortadracin and get an ideal result. This study evaluates the effect of the medicine and research the mechanism.1.Animal studySelect the general path to make a model of kidney yang deficiency All the 40 SD type rat rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:Saline group , blank group ,model group,CS group, WENSHEN capsule group, and after 8 weeks ,observing the indexes ,and draw a conclusion(1)Rising the ratio of CD4/CD3 in the rat's microcirculating blood and the amount of the CD4 subgroup in the T Lymphocyte, BaiLing capsule can improve the immunity.(2)BaiLing capsule have the similar effect with the herbs which can warm the kidney and strengthen the kidney Yang .It can relieve the restraining of theMetacortadracin to the Hypothalamus pituitaryadrenal(HPA),resume the human body抯 ability of excretion the glucocorticoid.(3)The pathologic Filleting show: in BaiLing capsule group the rat抯 thymus gland and adrenl cortex haven抰 obviously atrophy, that is to say BaiLing capsule has a function that can prevent the Metacortadracin to restrain the functions of the immune organ and avoid the adrenal抯 atrophy because of the Ectogenesis Metacortadrac in.2.Clinical study(1)It has been proved that the patients who suffered from the PNS will show the symptoms of deficiency of kidney Yang and during the therapetical course with the withdrawing or reducing of the Metacortadracin , this kind of patients have a tendency to recur. BaiLing capsule can warm the kidney and strengthen the kidney Yang and improve the ability of adrenal cortex抯 excretion .and keep the level of the Metacortadracin in the blood when withdrawing or reducing the amount of Metacortadracin, and prevent the kidney yang抯 deficiency turning up and the PNS抯 recurring.(2)BaiLingcapsulealsocanadjustthecomponents of subgroup in the T Lymphocyte , rise the amount of CD4~ and the ratio of CD4~I CDs~, and prolong the Remission stage of PNS.
