Clinical Curative Effect Of The Modified ChaiHuShuGan Powder To Functional Dyspepsia (Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Syndrome) And The Influence To Electrogastrogram

Objective: To discuss clinical curative effect of the modified Chai Hu Shu Gan powder to Functional dyspepsia(FD)(liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome) and the influence to electrogastrogram(EGG).Method: Select 130 cases that meet the standards of functional dyspepsia(liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome). The cases were collected in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine outpatient and inpatient department in patients with FD from February 2015 to January 2016.Cases were randomly divided into obser- vation group 64 and control group66,two groups of patients were given general treatment such as psychological counseling,diet regulation etc.,observation group add modified Chai Hu Shu Gan powder,the control group on the basis of general treatment take pantoprazole enteric capsules and domperidone tablets orally,compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the change of TCM syndrome integral and the variation of EGG.Results: 1.The observation group total effectiveness is 92.19%,control group total effectiveness is 80.30%,differences between two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).2. TCM symptoms curative effect comparison: the change of TCM syndrome integral of two groups were obviously improved.The control group is superior to observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). two groups of Chinese medicine symptom integral reduced to some extent, compared with before treatment in flanks pain, irritability, abdominal distension, anorexia, depression, and bitter taste was statistically significant(P<0.05). in Bloating and belching, heartburn, pantothenic acid, vomiting and pharyngeal foreign body sensation disease has no obvious statistical significance differenc t(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the dominant Frequeney ?percentage of normal gastric slow wave and postprandial to fasting power ratio of two groups were improved both when fasting and postprandial. After treatment,the dominant Frequeney and percentage of normal gastric slow wave of two groups has no difference(P>0.05);After meal, percentage of normal gastric slow wave between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).4. In the adverse reactions, the obser- vation group and the control group did not appear obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects.Conclusion: modified Chai Hu Shu Gan powder treat functional dyspepsia liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome patients has remarkable curative effect, and can boost the gastric dynamics, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
