Objective: To Modified CHAIHUSHUGAN with light therapy, no clinical studies and typeof functional dyspepsia hepatogastric moderate anxiety and depression, the clinical efficacyand safety of Chinese medicine treatment with light, moderate anxiety, depression,liver-stomach disharmony, and the state does not provide the basis for type FD.Methods:100patients were diagnosed with definite moderate anxiety and depressionliver-stomach disharmony treatment order type FD patients were randomly divided into twogroups (treatment group and control group),50patients. The treatment group receivedtraditional Chinese medicine Modified CHAIHUSHUGAN addition and subtraction, thecontrol group received droperidol race t/melitracen piece (Deanxit) and domperidone(domperidone) treatment. Treatment for four weeks, two clinical efficacy after treatment,TCM syndrome score, clinical symptom score, Hamilton Anxiety Scale and the HamiltonDepression Rating Scale, the relevant safety index changes. After treatment, the conditionof the patient follow-up, recurrence rates were observed.Results:1)Before a treatment, the basic situation of gender, age, duration and other aspectsof the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), comparable.2)Comparison of clinical efficacy: treatment group, the total efficiency of94.00%;control group, the total efficiency of76.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.3)before and after treatment syndromes total score comparison: after two groups ofpatients before treatment were significantly lower scores than the treatment, the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.01), after treatment, TCM syndrome score significantlylower than the control group, the difference statistically significant (P <0.05), the treatmentgroup than the control group.4)Comparison of clinical symptom score after4treatment: after treatment compared withpre-treatment scores were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); treatment group after treatment in two threatened fullness, abdominal pain,postprandial fullness, early satiety, depression or irritability, belching, heartburn, nauseaand vomiting,score decreased significantly compared with the control group, the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01); in epigastric burning, eating less symptomscore compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), a considerable effect.5)HAMA, HAMD scores: After treatment HAMA, HAMD scores than before treatmentwere significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), after treatment,HAMA, HAMD scores than the control group was significantly decreased, the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05).6)After2months of treatment relapse rate: After treatment, the relapse rate was8.00%;recurrence rate was20.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: The clinical study results showed that the treatment of liver-stomachdisharmony flavored CHSGS and accompanied by mild to moderate anxiety FD significanteffect in improving clinical symptoms and HAMA, HAMD points, reduce the relapse rate inpatients with long-term aspects significantly better than the comparison group. Patients inthe medication process, no obvious adverse reactions proved FD ModifiedCHAIHUSHUGAN treatment is safe and effective, worthy of promotion.
