Observation The Treatment Of Tongdu Cure Depression Acupuncture Method Of PSSD With Clinical Depression Patients

Objective According to acupuncture theory, through the Governor Fragrant Acupuncture PSSD with depressive symptoms. By acupuncture therapy on stroke patients with depression sleep disorders Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Indexs,PSQI) and Hamilton Depression Index Scale(Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, HAMD)score of influence,concluded to pass Governor Yu acupuncture treatment of depression in patients with PSSD effect, provide a scientific basis for the clinical treatment of TCM acupuncture PSSD with depression effectiveness and safety.Methods Collected from clinical depression in line with the diagnostic criteria PSSD 60 cases.All cases collected according to the order of the group has randomly divided into two groups, the 60 patients were randomized treatment sequence numbered 1 to 60, were randomly through a 1: 1 ratio is divided into 30 cases of treatment group and a control group of 30 patients. The treatment group received acupuncture therapy to "cure Yu Tong Du needle" as the main point, with liver qi syndrome or Anshen points. Acupoints: the main points to take Taichong,Baihui,the Court of God,people,customs,Yin-Tang,the door of God, Hegu. Liver Qi Stagnation who accompanied on the door, tributary to liver qi; qi of fire certificate accompanied by Xia Xi, between the lines to clear diarrhea anger; Heart and two deficiency who accompanied Sanyinjiao, Xinyu, the full three years, stomach and spleen to spleen Qi, Yang Xin soothe the nerves tonic; the control group with western medicine estazolam 1mg taking half an hour before going to bed paroxetine 20 mg once daily, in the morning Dayton clothing, a total time of 4 weeks.Before treatment and at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were to be taken to check the blood serum electrolytes, liver and kidney function and ECG before and after treatment were observed in HAMD and PSQI score changes, were done before treatment comparison between the comparison group and do. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, electrolytes, liver and kidney function and ECG findings after treatment in comparison with pre-treatment, respectively, both of which had no significant difference(P> 0.05).4.treatment,adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group,there are three cases of adverse reactions occurred in the control group of 11 patients, a significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion In "Tong Du Yu acupuncture treatment" Treatment of sleep disorders after stroke,post-stroke can significantly improve sleep disorders insomnia, more effective than the simple oral estazolam. After the "Tong Du Yu acupuncture treatment" Treatment of stroke,sleep disorders associated with depression, it is possible to improve post-stroke depression,sleep disorders, the treatment for stroke sleep disorder can also help.
