Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Patients With Alcoholic Liver Disease By GE Huang Granule

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Ge Huang Granule on alcoholic liver disease, to explore the possible mechanism of action, and to provide the basis for the study of the drug.Methods: 60 cases of alcoholic liver disease(including alcoholic liver disease, alcoholic fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis) were selected as the study subjects. The cases were divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group including gehuang granule group(15 cases), Huang Ge particles and beauty of metadoxine group(15 cases). The control group consisted of metadoxine group(15 cases) and pure alcohol group(15 cases). Each group were fed with alcohol and low fat diet for 6 weeks. The changes of clinical symptoms, signs, liver function, blood lipids and serum SOD, leptin, MOD, TNF-a, IL-6, plasma endotoxin and other indicators of the four groups were observed before and after treatment. Comparison of the serum MDA and SOD levels: simple abstinence treatment group after treatment before the difference was not significant(P > 0.05), gehuang granule and beauty he symplectic group, Ge Huang granules group, the United States of metadoxine group treatment in the three groups after and before treatment can significantly reduce the MDA levels and increase the activity of SOD(P < 0.05). Among them, Huang Ge particles with metadoxine group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P < 0.05), the difference between gehuang granule group and metadoxine group no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1. Gehuang granule treatment alcohol liver disease clinical efficacy in patients with significant, and with ease symptoms, improve signs, hepatoprotective effect, total effect and metadoxine, in gehuang granule and beauty he multisymplectic combination effect is better. 2. Gehuang granule can effectively reduce the MDA level in serum, and increase the level of serum SOD, suggesting that the preparation has certain anti lipid peroxidation and stabilizing the liver cell membrane. 3 Ge Huang particles can effectively reduce serum TNF-a, IL-6 levels, reflecting the drug has a certain degree of regulation and inhibition of immune and inflammatory reaction. 4 Ge Huang granule can effectively reduce the serum leptin level, it can be speculated that the drug can reduce the insulin resistance and reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines in liver. 5 Ge Huang particles can effectively reduce the level of plasma endotoxin, indicating that the drug has a protective intestinal mucosal barrier and reduce the release of cytokines and inflammatory mediators.
