| Objective:To study the effect of Qiyin Granule in the treatment of fatty liver disease,Liver depression and spleen deficiency of the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions;to objectively evaluate its treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver effectiveness and safety;to evaluate the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Syndromes,image liver, liver function, blood lipids, serum insulin resistance, the impact of body mass index;to explore a reliable, safe, highly treatment using Traditional Chinese Medicine on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods: Chose Liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome of non-alcoholic fatty liver patients with a total of 70.The patients were randomly divided into two groups. 35 cases of oral treatment group takingYin Qi granules (by the Health and astragalus, Qiyin, Kudingcha; etc.) 19g once a day; control group of 35 patients taking Gandejian (two tablet one time three times per day ) , observed the changes of the image, liver function (ALT, AST), and cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), body mass index, insulin resistance index. Results:There are significant differences in the improvement of clinical syndrome , B ultrasonic , Lipid, body mass index, insulin resistance index (P<0.05), The differences of general information of two groups were not significant before treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion: Qiyin Granule has significant Clinical efficacy on Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, especially on Liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, worthy to promote. |
