Through the clinical effect of argumentation and evaluation feedback,explore suitable for cervical disposition patients with depression after scientific,systematic nursing intervention methods.Methods1. The use of clinical research method of randomized controlled trials,139 patients were randomly divided into:emotional group,appoint massage emotional group and control group. Three groups according to TCM syndrome differentiation is Bi stagnation type,liver and spleen two deficiency,phlegm fire type 3 syndrome types.2. Intervention methods:46 cases of the control, formulated by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine in 2013,33 disease of TCM nursing program (trial edition) and depression in patients with routine nursing care.46 cases of modern group:in the control group, on the basis of the join of modern nursing.Point massage 47 cases of modern group:on the basis of modern group, join point massage to intervene.3. Effect evaluation:three groups of intervention time is 4 weeks,4 weeks prior to the intervention and after the intervention respectively using cervical disposition daily life activities ability scale,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),simple and easy to evaluate self-efficacy scale.4. The medical SPSS 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results1. Through this research for cervical spondylosis patients with depression after improvements in the quality of life of point massage combined with modern nursing group is superior to the group of modern, modern group is better than the control group.2. Improve performance for depression in patients with depression after cervical spondylosis, point massage combined with modern nursing group is superior to the group of modern, modern group is better than the control group.3. Scale before and after the intervention,the three groups by cervical disposition daily life within the group comparison,found in the signs and symptoms in two dimensions,there are pressure in three groups,with the cervical disposition a long time,most people in work state,not good as a rest and reduce aggravate symptoms of gestures and movements.Suggested cervical disposition people to voluntarily reduce their bad posture,pay attention to rest during the work.Rest intervals to do more exercises.3. Emotional care combined with acupressure intervention programs to improve the ability of daily life depression after cervical disease,the patient's self-efficacy,ease depression in patients with a degree of respect are valid.
