Research On The Effect Of Nursing Aesthetics On Undergraduate Course Nursing Students' Emotional Intelligence

Objective:To investigate the advance of undergraduate course nursing students'emotional intelligence with current teaching mode,and definitude its frondose action.Simultansity,measure with the emotional intelligence scale and data analyse.We can find out the influencing factors of emotional intelligence.Methods:Select Hainan Medical College nursing department 2004 grade speciality students and 2005 grade speciality students,number of people is 136.At the same time,random choose rehabilitation speciality students as the comparison in same class.Emotional intelligence scale and twenty terms of individual cognitive subjective characterization were respectively given to the two group students before the teaching and end of it from 2005.2 to 2006.5.Results:The scale of emotional intelligence were higher than first after class.Thereinto,the factor of expression emotion was highest,the second was control emotion and the development of emotion.There was not difference with understand emotion and using emotion.In the twenty terms of individual cognitive subjective characterization,the percent of active portion was higher than negative portion.Thereinto,the percent of physical status is 83.8%;the percent of emotion status is 70.8%;the percent of ability and wisdom status is 45.4%;the percent of social relations status is 74.6%.Conclusion:Emotion quotient is different from intelligent quotient.It is not inhesion,it can be cultivate posteriority.Current teaching mode of this course had positive work on the improvement of emotional intelligence.Nursing students had preferably atman self-identity.The stability foundation of humanism diathesis and profession diathesis can be made with nursing students through the Nursing aesthetics.But this course do not work at cognitive understanding emotion.This explain that teacher must establish steady relation with students through many ways,such as QQ,call,E-mail etc.In a word,Nursing aesthetics have very important position in Nursing humanism diathesis education.
