Clinical Curative Effect Comparison Of The Gram Wire Tension Band And Cable-Pin System For Treatment Of Patella Fracture

Objective:The needle was through the wire tension band and Cable-pin in patellar fracture treatment curative effect observation, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of both, to guide the clinical choice.Methods:Using retrospective analysis, from shandong province hospital orthopaedic trauma between September 2012 and February 2012 of the patellar fracture patients treated in accordance with conditions of 43 cases of patients. The Cable-pin,19 cases (group A), gram Cable tension with needle 24 cases (group B). Evaluate statistical analysis, the differences of two methods.Results:All patients had no wound infection, the skin incision, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, there is no obvious difference of fracture healing and joint function (P> 0.05), the incidence of postoperative complications in group A was lower than that in group B (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Gram wire tension band and Cable-pin needle in the treatment of patella fracture can have very good effect, but the Cable-pin needle was a steel Cable tension with relatively few issues on the postoperative complications, Cable-pin needle was a steel Cable tension with cheap, suitable for the popularity of the hospital at a lower level.
