Clinical Efficacy Of Mechanism Research Of Sling And Plucking Corresponding Meridian In Treating Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain

Objective: In this study,patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by suspension meridian plucking method,meridian plucked method,sling wxercise therapy.To observe the therapeutic effects of these three methods in the treatment of low back pain and lower limb dysfunction caused by lumbar disc herniation.Comparison of the efficacy of the three methods,to explore the effect of three treatments in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,In view of the rehabilitation effect of sling and plucking corresponding meridian in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.This paper discusses the concept of modern rehabilitation and traditional rehabilitation,to provide a new theoretical basis and treatment for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: In this study,patients in October 2015-2016 year in October in accordance with the standards included in the Department of rehabilitation medicine of the Second Affaliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,randomazed grouping of completely randomized designs using randomization procedures for computer software,divided into three groups,Include the suspension plucking Bladder Meridian manipulation treatment group?Sling Exercise treatment group?Meridian strumming treatment group.Three groups of patients were given suspension through the plucking method,suspension exercise therapy,through the plucking method of treatment of 4 courses,continuous treatment for 5 days for a course of treatment,Using the VAS score,the JOA score,the Chinese version of the functional disability scale(CODI)score was evaluated before and after treatment,comparison of different methods of efficacy differences,and statistical analysis.Results: The efficacy of the observation group was better than the through the plucking treatment group and suspension exercise therapy group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the three groups were significantly decreased after treatment,but the observation group decreased more significantly(P <0.05);After treatment,the scores of JOA were signifacantly increased in the three groups,and the observation group was significantly higher than the other two graups(P <0.05).The scores of the Chinese version of the dysfunction scale were significantly lower than those in the other two graups(P <0.05).Conclusion: Suspension through the plucking method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the efficacy of significant,what can reduce the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation,what can make lumbar disc herniation in patients with lumbar dysfunction improved,what is the treatment of lumbar disc herniation effective rehabilitation therapy,the method of safety,economic worthy of clinical promotion.
