Methods:(1) the 6- hydroxy dopamine(6- OHDA) striatum double targets injections copy Parkinson's disease model in rats, through the(APO) on morphine induced behavioral detection and TH immune histochemical method validation model of success.(2) set up including music group, the pulse electric acupuncture group, beauty ba group, model group, control group, the blank group.(3) between groups in treatment for 14 days, 28 days respectively, using spectrophotometry in the substantia nigra in rats Ca2 +- ATPase activity, detection of Parkinson's disease model rats before and after building the changes of enzyme activity. The data analysis are applied in the study of SPSS18.0 statistical software. Results:Compared with the blank group, Madopar group rat brain in substantia nigra of Ca2+-ATPase activity significantly reduced(P < 0.01), pulse EA group rat brain substantia nigra of Ca2+- ATPase activity compared with the blank group, the content of slightly decreased(P < 0.05), the music electroacupuncture group rat brain substantia nigra of Ca2+-ATPase activity compared with the blank group, the content of numerical no significant change(P > 0.05). Compared with the model group, the substantia nigra Ca2+-ATPase activity in brain of rats with Madopar group had no significant change(P>0.05). Compared with Madopar group, pulse EA group, the substantia nigra Ca2+-ATPase activity in brain of rats with EA group increased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with pulsed electro acupuncture group, EA group rat brain substantia nigra Ca2+-ATPase activity increased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion:1 electroacupuncture scalp acupuncture point through the thorn Parkinson model rat brain substantia nigra Ca2+-ATPase activity has a regulatory role.
