Objective:To research the injured neurons protection mechanism in treatmentof Parkinson’s disease, by studying the different interventions on nigraCa2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity of Parkinson’s disease rats model tooptimize the best intervention method.Methods:Established Parkinson rats on the left side of the rotating model bydouble targets injection with6-hydroxyl dopamine on the right side ofthe striatum. SD rats were randomly divided into music electricacupuncture group, pulse group, model group, control group and blankgroup. Music electric acupuncture group, pulse electric acupuncturegroup along the skin into Baihui point through temple point. pramipexolegroup was treated with Levodopaand Benserazide Tablet. The tissueswere acquired from anesthetic rats after four weeks. Nigra was separatedand maintained after4%paraformaldehyde perfusing brain tissue.1. Theprotein was measured by coomassie brilliant blue method.2. Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPaseactivity in the nigra in rats was measured by spectrophotometry.The obtained data was analysised by SPSS18.0software.Results:Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity of rats nigra of music and pulseelectric acupuncture group and pramipexole group are higher than modelgroup, with significant difference (P <0.01); Music acusector group hassignificant difference compared with pulse electric acupuncture group (P<0.05); pramipexole groups has no significant difference compared withpulse electric acupuncture group (P<0.01); pramipexole group comparedwith music electric acupuncture group with no significant difference (P>0.05); Blank group compared with control group with no significantdifference (P>0.05); control group and pramipexole group, music group has no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Both music electric acupuncture and pulse electric acupuncturehas therapy effect for Parkinson’s disease model in rats. The effect ofmusic electric acupuncture is superior to the pulse electric acupuncture;2.Music electric acupuncture and pulse acupuncture treatment canupregulate Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity;3. Music electric acupunctureand pulse electricity has indirect protection in substantia nigradopaminergic neurons on Parkinson’s disease model rats.
