The data in this study analyzes wereapplied SPSS18.0statistical software.Results: Musical EA group, pulsed electro-acupuncture groupand Madopar of rats brain substantiate naira of Ca2+-ATPase activity was significantly higher than those in the model group, with a very significant difference (P<0.01); Music acusector group has significant difference compared with pulse electric acupuncture group (P<0.05); pramipexole groups has no significant difference compared with pulse electric acupuncture group (P<0.01); pramipexole group compared with music electric acupuncture group with no significant difference (P>0.05); blank group and sham operation group showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Both Musical EA group and pulse electric acupuncture has therapy effect for Parkinson’s disease model in rats.
