The data in this study analyzes wereapplied SPSS18.0statistical software.Results: Musical EA group, pulsed electro-acupuncture groupand Madopar of rats brain substantiate naira of Ca²⁺-ATPase activity was significantly higher than those in the model group, with a very significant difference （P<0.01）; Music acusector group has significant difference compared with pulse electric acupuncture group （P<0.05）; pramipexole groups has no significant difference compared with pulse electric acupuncture group （P<0.01）; pramipexole group compared with music electric acupuncture group with no significant difference （P>0.05）; blank group and sham operation group showed no significant difference （P>0.05）.Conclusion:Both Musical EA group and pulse electric acupuncture has therapy effect for Parkinson’s disease model in rats.
