Objective:To study the curative effect of different time of electroacupuncture scalps point-through-point therapy, this test analyzing the activity of substantia nigra including Na+-K+-ATPase in the brain of rat with parkinson's disease, approach the therapy in the proc ess of thetreatment of Parkinson's disease to maintain neuronal cell and molecular mechani sm of cal-cium homeostasis.Methods:This test set up the model rats with Parkinson's disease by double target tr ace inject-ion in the unilateral striatum with 6-hydroxy dopamine(6-OHDA),induced etholo gy abnor-mality by apomorphine(APO) to test the model success or not.Divide All the rats into 6 groups by random allocation methods,the rat with parkinson's disease accepted el ectroacup-uncture scalps point-through-point therapy for 14or28 days.The Na+-K+-ATPase ac tivity of substantia nigra in rats was detected by spectrophotometry.The data of experiment will be analyzed by SPSS18.0Results:The activity of Na+-K+-ATPase of substantia nigra in both groups obviously degrade after the injection with 6-OHDA(P<0.01).After 14and28 days treatment,the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase of substantia nigra in the control group have no obviously change.Both the electroacupuncture groups have obviously enhance(P<0.05).After 14 days treatment,the effect of pulse electroacupuncture group and musical electroacupuncture group is equivalency. After 14 days treatment,the effect of musical electroacupuncture group surpassed pulse electroacupuncture group.Conclusion:1.The electroacupuncture scalps point-through-point therapy have accommodation effect on Na+-K+-ATPase activity of substantia nigra.2.The musical electroacupuncturetreatment is more effective than the pulse electroacupu ncture treatment in long-term.3.Madopar is ineffective in the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase of substantia nigra. |
