The Clinical Study Of Liang Di Tang To Type2Diabetes Mellitus With Female Sexual Disfunction

Objective:This study is a clinical research of treating type2Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM) with Female sexual disfunction(FSD) which was caused by insufficiency of kidney yin and dryness-heat by using traditional Chinese medicine Ancient formula "Liang Di Tang" and Western medicine. The clinic effect includes improving the level of the sex hormone?blood sugar?glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)? blood pressure?blood cholesterol et.al,and improving clinic syndromes.To explore the new methods of treating these diseases and increase awareness of the doctors and nurses. Prompt diagnosis and effetive terament can inprove life quality of patient.Methods:Using randomized controlled methods,40patients diagnosed T2DM with FSD were divided into two groups.20patients of treatment group were given Liang Di Tang and Western medicine, and control group's patients were given Western medicine only. A course was1months. All patients were given medicine for three courses. All the patients return to visit us every two weeks.Before and after treatment in the two groups respectively to evaluate the clinical symptoms and signs, and observe before and after treatment of blood glucose?HbA1c?sex hormone?FSFI scores?blood pressure?blood cholesterol and other targets. All data use SPPS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:Diagnosed and included in40patients with T2DM and FSD which was caused by insufficiency of kidney yin and dryness-heat(20cases in treatment group and control group20cases), before treatment the two groups' age?course?BMI of baseline data were treated with statistics processing, at last these data have no significant difference after statistics processing comparable.The clinic syndromes of treatment group and control group were all improved,but the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05).Besides the clinic syndromes,the blood glucose?HbA1c? sex hormone?FSFI scores the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group (P<0.01).There was less adverse effect between two groups,so the medicine is safe.Conclusion:Through preliminary clinical studies, treatment of western medicine with Liang Di Tang is better than pure western medicine treatment, Chinese medicine treatment can not only improve the clinical symptoms of T2DM with FSD in patients with insufficiency of kidney yin and dryness-heat syndromes, and can regulate blood sugar?HbA1c?sex hormone?FSFI scores?blood pressure?blood cholesterol, also it is safe and effective.So it can be applied, and worth to further study to clear mechanism of action.
