Clinical Research That Preventing And Curing Nephritis In Children Of HSP Through Cooling Blood To Resolve Stasis And Nourishing Kidney To Clear Away The Heat-Evil

Henoh-Schonlein purpura(HSP) is a common disease of children. It is a group of small vessels immunity inflammation all over the body ,which mainly involve skin gastrointestinal tract artus and kidney. Amony the total inflammations, Purpuric nephritis is one of the most severe complications. HSP’s prognosis directly make decision of whether or not involved and the extent involvement of kidney. Consequently, how to cure HSP correctly and effectually , especially how to prevent and less kidney injury, accordingly to decrease HSPN incidence rate, to lessen pathogenetic condition, to improve prognosis , which appears extremely important.HSP’s cure is a tough problem of modern medicine, which because of the complex etiological factor, clinical manifestation changing multiformity and recidivation easily. Modern medicine mainly adopt therapy of eliminating etiological factor and using hormone or immunodepressant. This therapy could relieve symptoms, but it will cause recidivations and more adverse reactions. With the recognition to HSP of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) becoming deepest gradually, it is the tendency of making use of Chinese medicine means to redeem modern medicine’s deficiency. Recent 10 years, it has accepted a large of improvement ,such as etiological factor、pathogenesy、Chinese crude drug and clinical research.To validate the efficacy and safe of Chinese crude drug preventing and curing HSP kidney injury, we apply Chinese crude drug in the course of clinic and scientific research to HSP, which mainly composed of cooling blood to resolve stasis, to cure HSPN in children appearing at the first time with normal urine routine.The text contain two parts. The first part is research of theory, which maked detailed discussion about pathogeny, mechanism, therapy and so on. The second part is clinical research. Closing to January 2008, there are 50 cases of particular deseases in Jiangsu province in hospital of TCM. We disport them to two groups according to randomization. One is trial group of 25 cases which be gived Chinese crude drug and Western common drug, the other one is controlled group of 25 cases which be gived Western common drug only.The result: The cured cases, significant effective cases, improved cases, and ineffective cases of trial group were 10、9、5 and 1, the total effective rate is 96%. The cured, healing cases, significant effective cases, improved cases, and ineffective cases of controlled group were 7、4、5 and 9. The total effective rate is 64%. Compared with the two groups, it showed that the effect of trial group was better than of the control group(P < 0.05). In the aspect of decurtating skin suggillation extinction time, the Cure Group is more obviously outweight than the Control Group (P < 0.01 ). In the aspect of improving laboratory indicatrix U-Alb , the discrepancy in two groups is obvious (P < 0.05 ) . After 3 months, there are 5 cases with abnormal urine routine in the Cure Group and 13 cases in the Control Group. Compared the two groups, P < 0.05, it shows that the method of cooling blood to resolve stasis can cure HSP efficaciously, improve the function glomerulus of kidney, cut down kidney injury.
