Through the analysis of Guizhou,Hunan,Anhui Tobacco Area 9 new tobacco varieties(lines),with suitable breeding Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties in Hunan tobacco Guizhou base unit for cultivation,planted tobacco area should promote the quality characteristics of flue cured tobacco varieties,and in line with their counterparts in cigarette enterprises demand characteristics of tobacco production and provide technical support.In 2014,a comparative test of 10 flue cured tobacco varieties was conducted in Dazhai village,Haizi village,Xingyi city.In the same condition the local conventional fertilization level and characteristics of high quality tobacco production specifications,varieties(lines)using single factor randomized block design,with K326 as control varieties of Guiyan 5,Guiyan 10,Guiyan 14,09-10-3,H4,GX8,AH128003,AH128008,AH128075 9 a material growth period,agronomic traits,agronomic traits,disease resistance,economic traits,conventional chemical composition,curing characteristics,and sensory quality were studied.The results show that: 1.10 varieties the average growth period was about 135 d,the difference was not significant,the main botanical characters of all varieties of basic good performance to the performance of GX8,H4,botanical characters is slightly better than the other varieties,the strong growth potential,the growth of leaf color is green,neat,and mature plant height significantly in order.The effective number of leaves,stems,thicker,larger leaves.2.H4,CK,GX8 and 09-10-3 economic index optimization;the main economic characters of different varieties of production,price,output value,the proportion of secondary smoke,the proportion of superior tobacco smoke,and variegated leaves proportion of view,GX8 and H4 perform better,with the worst performance of AH128075.Chemical composition and coordination were better in medium smoke H4,but lower in AH128008.3.From the data,the relationship between powdery mildew and internode spacing is small and the incidence of powdery mildew is high.4.In all varieties(departments),the total score of sensory quality of C3 F showed that the total score of K326 was the highest(82.75),followed by smoke 5(82.63),and 09-10-3 was the worst(79.36).From the results,H4 is the best in this experiment,the highest economic value,the development of regional adaptability and cultivate the greatest potential,but to make the comprehensive index of GX8 prevention and control of powdery mildew;compared with H4,in all tested varieties(lines)in H4 and GX8 of two varieties(lines)is worthy of further research and upgrade or test.
