The post-harvest test of crops in the plot is a key part in agricultural research.Although the area of the experimental plot is small,but a lot of processing work is needed.Timely measure of moisture and production can effectively prevent miscellaneous and external environmental effects.At present,foreign countries have realized a three-parameter one-time intelligent measurement of crop moisture,bulk density,and weight,and the test production equipment can be placed on the plot crop harvester and GPS and airborne tablet computers to form an airborne test production system.However,due to the lack of in-depth theoretical research,the domestic research and measurement system can only measure two parameters of water content and total weight,and the moisture accuracy and repetition rate can not meet the needs of scientific research.The research of airborne intelligent test system is still blank in China.It has been nearly 60 years since the research on smart crop production technology in foreign countries has been carried out.At present,the RF dielectric method with cost-effective advantages is widely applied to the rapid detection of grain moisture.It has been almost 20 years since the domestic research on radio frequency capacitance and moisture testing technology for cereals began,but the test accuracy and repetition rate of the corresponding products are still low,and it only occupies only a small share in the mainstream market.Aimed at the urgent need for crop moisture and yield testing technology in China,the paper is based on a review of relevant domestic and foreign literature and combines the research of national key research technology of key technologies and equipment for harvesting machinery of crop varieties(201203028).The implementation of the research and development project “Smart Oil Crop Harvesting Technology and Equipment R&D”(2016YFD0702100)was conducted,and an integrated testing system for intelligent peanut groundwater and production was conducted.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:The main research contents,methods and conclusions are as follows:(1)The law of moisture,capacitance,temperature,and test weight of peanut seeds was revealed and a mathematical model was created.The data fitting degree has been improved by 8.42% compared with the peanut seed moisture-capacitance-temperature mathematical model.For peanut varieties from 5 different origins,peanut seeds with 25 moisture contents were tested.The designed automatic measurement experiment system outputs 30517 groups of the frequency(capacitance)and temperature original data by BenchVue software,removes the boundary effects,similar data,and abnormal points in the test data,and performs the remaining 2031 test data(see Appendix 4)with three-factor and two-factor regression analysis.The determination coefficient of the three-factor equation is R^2=9.998×10-1,and R^2=9.138×10-1 for the two-factor equation.The fitting degree has increased greatly,and it provides a mathematical basis for accurate moisture measurement.(2)By analyzing the equivalent circuit model of air gap-peanut seed capacitor,a 50 MHz RF circuit and program architecture controlled by STM32F103 are designed.The entire circuit system includes capacitor-frequency conversion circuit(C-F converter),integer frequency divider circuit,PT100 platinum temperature sensor and its AD623 conversion circuit and serial output circuit.Corresponding C language program software was designed,and a three-factor peanut grain moisture regression equation was embedded into the program system to form a radio frequency dielectric moisture measurement module,which is the hardware circuit basis for the improvement of the accuracy and repetition rate of the moisture measurement unit.(3)Created the first domestic district peanut smart test equipment.The device can measure three parameters of moisture,bulk density and total weight of the peanut in one time.Developed a mechatronics intelligent measurement production host machine and electrical control system,as well as smart handheld end circuit and C language software program design.The average moisture,total weight,and bulk density errors of 0.25%,0.18%,and 11g/L,respectively,were verified for the 5.7% and 13.0% moisture content of the peanut kernels,which is consistent with WINTERSTEIGER's performance specifications(see Table 2-1).Compared with the repetition rate of PM8188,the repetition rate of the device was 2.3%,the repetition rate of PM8188 was 2.7%,and the repeatability of the device was better than PM8188.And the users have proved that.(4)An airborne software technology system based on QT platform and SQLite3 database was built.The software system is based on the research of computer-based geometric parcel intelligent identification algorithm,data screening,3D production graph generation technology and USB data acquisition.It has the functions of querying,reading,displaying and generating 3D data.Through the three-dimensional driving of OpenGL,the functions such as bar graph of peanut output in different plots are displayed on the terminal.After field tests,the software system of the airborne test system has got the basic architecture of a foreign airborne test production system.(5)The vibration signals of peanut harvester in six working conditions were designed,with a Butterworth filter,the weighing error has been reduced by 1.4%.The DH5909 dynamic signal analyzer was used to test the vibration of the engine and weighing platform of the harvester,which are in the idle state and the field walking state,and analyzed in both time and frequency domain.According to the analysis results,a Butterworth low-pass filter was designed using the FDATool tool in MATLAB.The weighing error is reduced from 1.8% without filtering to 0.4% after filtering and reaches the weighing performance requirements in Table 2-1.Experimental studies have shown that the plot peanut intelligent test equipment can replace similar foreign products from the measure accuracy and stability.Currently,it has been purchased by several research institutes such as Tai'an Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Yucheng Seed Company,Shandong Jinhui Seed Company,and Henan Agricultural University.There is much room for promotion in the future.The airborne intelligent plot peanut production testing system has the basic software and hardware architecture and functions of similar foreign products.In the future,more comprehensive and meticulous research work should be carried out.
