Based on the observation and record of the phenotypic morphological characters and flower yield of 16 tea chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)varieties planted in Macheng,Hubei,Chuzhou,Anhui and Sheyang,Jiangsu, the genetic diversity analysis was conducted by phenotypic character index, the genetic relationship of the 16 varieties was discussed by cluster analysis, and the relative stability of the yield of the tested varieties was compared by AMMI model, and the correlation analysis and path were used Analysis to explore yield components related traits. The results are as follows:1.The phenotypic morphological characters of 16 varieties of Chrysanthemum have rich variation, among which the variation coefficient(CV)of quantitative characters is 7.83%-57.74%,the genetic diversity index is 0.95~2.01,and the genetic diversity index of quality characters is 0.48~1.10.16 tea chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)resources can be grouped into three categories:Category I includes‘Jiuyueju’,‘Qiyuebai’ and‘Huangju’、’Jinsihuangju’;The remaining 12 varieties are classified into category Ⅱ.Compared with the source and breeding background of the varieties, the clustering results are more reasonable, and the interspecific distance can reflect the distance of the genetic relationship between the varieties, which shows that the phenotypic morphological characteristics can be used to analyze the genetic relationship of the varieties of Stevia.2.Genotype effect, environment effect and interaction effect between genotype and environment(G×E)all reached significant level in the three experiments.Genotype effect accounted for 27.99%of the total variation, interaction between gene and environment(G×E)accounted for 22.40%of the total square sum of the treatment, and the square sum of environment variation accounted for only 1.06%.The experiment also showed that the stability of different tea chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)varieties in each pilot and the resolution of different pilot to tea chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)varieties were different.Among the 16 tested varieties,’Chuju’ is a variety with strong stability and adaptability;’Suju 6’,’Hangbaiju’ and ’Dayanghua’ are the varieties with good stability and adaptability;’Xiaohuangju’ and’Huangju’ are the varieties with poor stability and adaptability;’Jinju 3’ is the varieties with poor stability and adaptability.Among the three experimental sites,Sheyang test site in Jiangsu Province has a strong discrimination for varieties,Macheng test site in Hubei Province is the second, and Chuzhou test site in Anhui Province has the weakest discrimination for varieties.3.The variation ’of 10 yield related characters of tea chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)varieties was rich, and the CV ranged from 23.98%to 65.64%.The correlation analysis results showed that the yield of dry flower per plant of tea chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)was.positively correlated with plant height, crown width, flower number per plant and effective branch number. The higher the plant, the larger the crown, the more flowers and branches per plant, the higher the yield per plant. The path analysis results showed that the four quantitative characters of crown, flowers per plant, the number of hyoid flowers per flower and the number of effective branches had a direct positive effect on the dry yield per plant.Among them, the direct path coefficient of crown diameter is the largest, and the decision coefficient from large to small is crown diameter>number of flowers per plant>number of lingual flowers per flower>number of effective branches.Among them, crown diameter is the main decision-making index affecting the yield of tea chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.).By adjusting the above four personality indexes, the purpose of increasing the yield of tea chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.)can be realized.
