OBJECTIVE:This article aims to establish an electrocardiogram and physiological and biochemical parameters within 90 days of an established acute canine model of adult Chinese pastoral canine surgery,including serum parameters,ion parameters,color Doppler parameters,and histopathology.Variety.Sample size:Six adult Chinese garden dogs with similar body size and similar temperament characteristics were selected to establish an acute myocardial infarction model and a complete laboratory data set was collected after successful modeling,including I,II,III,aVR,aVL Pd,Pa,QRSd,QRSa,Td,Ta,PRd,QTd and aVF lead;Serum parameters:Hs-cTnT,IL-17,IL-23and IL-27;Ion parameters:K+,Na+,Cl-,Mg2+,P-,Ca2+;myocardial enzyme parameters:CK-MB,AST,CK,LDH;color Doppler ultrasound parameters:AO,LA,IVS,LV,LVPW,EF;histopathological changes.Materials and Methods:In this study,the left anterior descending artery?LAD?was surgically opened by ligation of the left anterior descending artery?LAD?to establish an acute myocardium infarction model in adult Chinese pastoral dogs;static was recorded from each sample using standard limb leads and unipolar pressurized limb leads.ECG.All dogs involved in the experiment were kept awake in a prone position.The data obtained were retrospectively analyzed.Waveform analysis was performed using leads I,II,III,aVR,aVL and aVF.The detection of serological parameters was divided into two methods:ELASA and automatic biochemical detector.Among them,Hs-cTnT,IL-17,IL-23 and IL-27 were used for immunosorbent assay?ELASA?,K+,Na+,Cl-,Mg2+,P-,Ca2+,CK-MB,AST,CK,LDH using automatic biochemical detector detection method.Heartbeat ultrasound was performed on the dogs that had been successfully modeled,and infarcts were taken for histopathological analysis.RESULTS:In the electrocardiographic parameters,the P-wave interval,T-wave interval,T-wave amplitude,PR interval,and QT interval trend of the six leads were consistent,with the P-wave interval increasing during the first 5 hours and then going to 77 days are in a stable period.The T wave interval increased from the 10th day to the 12th day.After the 16th day,the T wave interval was lower than the control group.T wave amplitude peaked on day10 and then fell to preoperative levels.The PR interval and QT interval remained high within5 hours after surgery.The PR interval was maintained at 0.05-0.06 s and the QT interval was maintained at 0.1-0.13 s.Serological parameters were IL-17 after surgery.IL-23 and IL-27were increased.In ion parameters,Na+changed significantly from 6 to 12 h after myocardial infarction,and increased at 1 h.Among the myocardial enzyme parameters,there were significant differences in four types of myocardial enzymes,CK-MB,AST,CK,and LDH.Changes in left ventricular diameter?LVD?after surgery were significantly increased on the90th day after surgery.Conclusion:The model of acute myocardial infarction in adult Chinese canine was successfully established by surgery.It was concluded that there were Pd,Pa,QRSd,QRSa,Td,Ta,PRd,QTd,and LV within 90 days after the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction in adult Chinese rural canines.Significant differences;There were significant differences in IL-17,IL-23 and IL-27,Na+,Mg2+,CK-MB,AST,CK,and LDH within 3 days after the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction.
