With the development trend of agricultural modernization in our country,the grape industry was developing rapidly.The area of grape growing was more and more extensive,Growers believed that growing grapes need a large amount of labor,high intensity,especially in the area where the need to bury the vines,The mechanization of work was urgently needed.By means of consulting the data,the working performance and reliability of the existing grape vine in China were referenced.Based on the previous design experience,a machine with good adaptability and good quality is developed.The design of the grapevine burying machine comprised a frame,a transmission system,sampling device and a soil collecting cover,soil throwing device,cloth laying device and guide cover.The sampling device adopted rotary knife blade earth way,using symmetrical built-in method,and according to the helical arrangement way of machine operation when sampling device to set the soil cover soil conveying direction.Soil throwing device adopted a rotary vane throwing soil way,four blades were distributed on the disc,the high-speed rotation of the disc through the blade would be inside the hood of soil throwing to the vines along the direction of the guiding cover;The farms would cover the cold cloth as the vine before the burying work,which played the role of insulation.At the same time,it was also favorable to the separation of the soil and grapevine in the spring of second years.In order to save manpower and to achieve the mechanization operation design of the cold cloth coverage,the cloth laying device vine burying machine was designed.The auxiliary device mainly consists of roller,pressure roller cane cane,exhibition profile rollers,played a cane,cane and cloth shop.According to the agronomic requirements of the buried rattan,the size parameters of the whole machine were determined,and the field experiments were carried out after the prototype of the machine was completed.The phenomenon and data were analyzed,and the problems found in the experiment were improved.The test results show that this equipment can meet the demand of grapevine burying,it had the advantages of high working efficiency,borrow enough quantity,strong adaptability.
