The eastern foot of Helan Mountain is recognized as China’s best wine producing regions by the international community and the wine industry because of its unique geographic and climatic advantages. In recent years, grape growing scale was expanded rapidly under the support and guidance of the local government. now it has reached nearly a million acres and developed into a dominant industry in Ningxia.Aiming at the need of grape planting in winter in Ningxia grape growing process, this paper develop and design a set of grape vine device and it use a tractor as power source.It’s in order to improve the work efficiency and work quality, also reduce the labor intensity and production cost.Based on the investigation and analysis of the existing plant, we proposed the solution of rotary spiral conveying and soil throwing buried by using the design idea of integrated innovation. We determined the main design parameters combined with the characteristics and requirements of the local soil, climatic conditions, grape planting system and planting. We design the digging part based on the working principle and structure of the rotary tiller, it can crush weeds of the ridge and loosen the soil effectively, which in order to deliver conveniently.We designe the part of the horizontal screw conveyor based on the working principle and structure of the screw conveyor.It can transported soil to both sides in the long walk and use soil throwing wheel which installed on the both sides of the screw shaft to throw the soil to the ridge.the vines can be buried in this way. The device transfer the power from the tractor to the different parts of the operation by a transmission box with Y structure, it achieves the power and the movement of one input and two output in order to meet and adapt to the requirements of different operation technology of rotary tillage and spiral conveyor.Last,we design the suspension traction, cover and other parts.The device has the advantages of simple structure and reliable work, it also buried soil fine. It can make the ridge soil smooth after the operation, so it’s easy to work mechanical secondary in the fields.It can finish submerged rattan about 10 acres in an hour.
